I was particularly good at failing history and geography tests, but of course not intentionally. I've spent the majority of my time working on those 2 subjects knowing that I was weak in them, but I never seemed to have any easy time still. The University was much better since I had the choice not to ever touch them again.

Probably, although I don't remember any specifics. No real serious ones though.

I can't say that I ever failed a test from kindergarten through the end of my undergraduate days in college.
In grad school, it's hard to say. I've definitely bombed a handful of tests, but it's hard to say whether you failed a specific test or not. I got something like a 30% on a classical mechanics midterm once, and that was close to the class average (Somehow I got an A in that class). If you got at least a B in the class, you did well enough on your tests as a whole. If you got a C, that's more or less a failing grade.

for the most part i had good grades.but i failed some tests at times. I tend to freeze on tests especially on a subject i was anxious about like algebra.unless everything comes easy to them I imagine most people have failed a test over the 13 years of school.
