Terrible experiences repeatedly, don't build storefronts on these servers, they go down, get erased, and change technologies constantly. Their servers are constantly being hacked and taken down and their customer service is clueless and will give you no help or follow-up. They are also buying every small server company they can get their hands on, so even when you avoid them, you end up with them again and again. They are the scourge of hosts.

Not only is their support ticket system terrible and useless, but trying to cancel from them is a nightmare.

Customer service is nonexistent. Their support ticket system is user-hostile. Their support time is extremely bad-- 5+ days to get a response on a completely downed site.

I have never delt with a host this unreliable. When a problem occurs it consistently takes 24 hours to even get an engineer to look at the box. Their servers are completely unreliable with prololonged outages occuring at least monthly. Avoid this host yourself and tell everyone you know.

Avoid Interland at all costs! I set up 2 domains with them for a 6-month billing cycle; in both cases they charged my credit card for a full year and I had to go to them for a refund. Then, when I wanted to cancel my primary domain, they held me liable for the entire 6 months ($335) because they didn't have 30-days notice, even though I didn't want their service and was cancelling it! They are WAY overpriced for the market, and have a reputation for bad customer service. Please, PLEASE, go to somebody else!
