Undenyable true. Theteachings of a Man/God who never traveled more that 200 miles from his birth place, lived approximately 33 years and impacted history as no other has before or since. Good credentials don't you think???

In my more upbeat moments, I tend to believe that all human beings have a spark of the divine within them, and they express it according to their culture and custom. All religions have beauty and truth within them; all have ugliness and narrow-mindedness too (some more than others). So it is with Christianity. Not a faith I really follow, but I respect its more noble, altruistic and loving aspects.

Eh, I give it two stars. But God doesn't seem to exist-otherwise, why do good people hurt then continuously, over and over and over and over....?If there is such a SKY WIZARD, then why don't he do something to help this planet?Right. At best the Christian faith and the Biblical stories are good enough to use if you want to be MORAL, or for fantasy writers to use in their works, but not following a sky wizard that doesn't seem to exist. Just sayin'...

I love the concept of God and Christianity. It is the defunct church that I have a problem with. Christianity, to me, is the application of God/Jesus' teachings and ideals in my everyday life. The church would like me to believe that I am a "bad Christian" if I don't go to church every Sunday and flaunt my religion in unwilling people's faces. I believe I never have to set foot in a church if I don't want to. I think I know God better than most who spend 1/2 their week in a brick building with "church" written in neon lights.

i love to go to church and i love God. He's great and wondreful. everyone should go to church.
Victor83 03/02/2009
Personally, I don't care what anyone's religious beliefs are- so long as they aren't flying planes into buildings. The point is this: it makes the intellectual wanna-be's feel somehow more "intellectual" to bash Christianity. The act may have been been interesting in the 1960's...it is wearing thin now.Heeere troll-troll-troll.....

I am not really an organized religion person, but I do believe in the Christian God, and I completely respect Christianity, even if I don't completely understand the more organized form of the religion.

To follow something so blindly disturbs me. So much is taken out of proportion, the bible should be thought of more as a book of ideas and guild lines, not as a manual of how to live your life.

Everyone has their own views which they are entitled to. I try to remain neutral in conversation with it since people get too up tight if they disagree with you.

I love christianity!! I get loads of money!!!People are ready to believe anything and if I convince them enough that I can heal them they will follow whatever I say! I have millions of millions of dollars that help support my lavish lifestyle. I own many many homes and nice cars...Some see christianity as a way to achieve everlasting life... I see it as a way to get filthy rich!God Bless and keep sending me money you stupid fools...-benny hinn

not really into religion; I understand why it's there - people wanting to believe in something bigger than themselves, and to explain things that are not easy to explain. Doesn't appeal to me really, science is better, and causes less war in the long run

One of the massive monotheisitic religions of the world, and one that has had, with Islam and Judaism, the greatest impact on the western world, for both good or ill. Somewhat more factionalized than the other two.

Crhistianity as a whole is massively misguided. The cross is form of idolitry so they are hipocrates for worshiping Jesus instead of God. And for the record no there is not a Trinity there is only YHWH(Jehovah)

Well I have to vote 5 since I'm christian-but there are many types of Christianity, some that I don't agree with, like evangelical Christianity.

*Copied from my agnostic review*As it stands, I am slightly agnostic/Christian. I believe the essence of the Bible is true, but it has been changed and corrupted through time. The Bible is old, and has been referenced to in many ancient texts, and I think that adds some credibility to it. However, the Middle Ages were a harsh and bloody time, and I think it's possible, and likely, that it was twisted and corrupted.Even through translations, I think we have lost a lot of what the Bible originally said. I don't know what to believe about God, and he is a big mystery to me. I guess I will take my chances and put my faith into being a Christian, but I really wish I had more credibility to the religion.I won't abandon Christianity, since Evolution is literally impossible and disobeys Sciences own laws, and it seems to be more likely and backed-up by more scientific proof than any other religion.

Christ is the only One I'd follow.
