I also think it is sad that Hare Krishnas are rated lower than Satanists....there have been many well documented cases of child abuse in many Hare Krishna groups, but that doesn't mean the religion itself is downright bad. Just alot of the people are.... (the Catholic church also has many well documented cases of child abuse)....the reason why I give the Hare Krishnas a low rating is because it is a rip off of the original Hinduism....a true religion that is never out to hurt anyone in its teachings...

I can't say that I know much about Hare Krishnas, but I find it strange that they are lower on the list than Devil Worshippers.

A spinoff of the Hindu faith, Hare Krishnas have renounced all material comforts, including work. They spend most of their time playing the tambourine, adopting strange and often absent hair styles, and pestering passersby at bus terminals and airports. I do not know how closely Hare Krishna conforms to Hinduism, but I'm sure most Hindus have loftier goals than to hang around and bother people until they give you money to go away. Maybe I'm being insensitive to the true meaning and intention behind Hare Krishna beliefs, but I can't help but judge religions (like Christianity) based on the behaviour of their adherents. No matter what sort of wisdom is contained in their Scriptures (if such exist) I can't give this religion any more than the minimum number of stars because they are mostly a nuisance. That's that.

I must admit I like that George Harrison song, "My Sweet Lord." But as far as a religion - Hare Krishna and a bus ticket will get you a ride on a bus and that's about it.
