I've had several phone services and Cellular One has the best phones, coverage, service and prices.

It's the damn best, good rates, good time. Could work on the stronger signal for digital. Damn good service. Good price. I dunno, it's just the best. I'll be a Cell One customer 4ever. I do wish for shared phone minutes like Sprint.

I've been using Cellular One SVC for several months. It's okay service but often the line is cutting off. It's hard to hear. Also, they gave me a $100 limit because I didn't have enough credit. So, whenever I reach the $100 limit my service is temporarily interupted. What an inconvenience. Maybe it depends on the state. I am unhappy with Cellular One.

Cellular One is an okay service. They have various rates to choose from. If you choose the right plan, you can use it pretty affordably. If you choose a plan and go outside of the boundries, expect to be punished quite a lot with extra charges. Make sure you choose a plan that is right for your lifestyle.

Cellular One service is bad. It is expensive and isn't flexible. The rates are high and you have to pay long distance fees and roaming charges. You can definitely get better plans if you look around.

This is good coverage because it covers my whole city, including surrounding cities. But unfortunately, it is expensive, more expensive (in my opinion) than other phone services (Sprint). And you have to sign up for a contract whereas with Sprint it is month to month.

My old phone used to never have service no matter wherever I seemed to go. The rates were high and the coverage area was limited.

I agree with what seems to be a majority of raters who think that CellularOne is rather inferior in the service and customer service departments. Their contracts are weighted in their favor and full of surprises. I have been with them for 10 months and though it will hurt, I have decided to buy out my contract. I'd rather give them the $200 dollars now and be rid of them and their shenanigans, that to continue to be raped monthly when the bill arrives. Even if I refuse to use the phone, I'll be billed more that $200 over the course of the next 14 months. I was stupid and entered into a 2 year contract that I thought was proposed in good faith. I would discourage anyone from contracting with Cellularone. Since I entered into the agreement with CellularOne which seems to be the most widely advertised "service" in the area where I live, I have learned of three other people who have bought out their contracts because CellularOne failed to explain fully the ramifications of signing the contract unless you are very informed about all the situations which can arise after the contact is closed.

Very good Bay Area coverage but no nationwide coverage. No activation fees. Frequent promotions.

Cell One is a good service. They have a good coverage area. I never have any problems at all.

Customer service in Cellular One is the best out of all the mobile phone service providers. Some of the problems that I had with this provider was that they would charge for roaming, and high rates for long distance. Also that they don't have service here in Davis, Ca.

I'll have to agree with fodesskiy and ballerbd4, customer service is rude and uncooperative. (When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told that there was no supervisor there.) I had previous Cell One service and was attempting to go back to them, but needed to get something settled from my previous acct (-something that was their error, not mine). My conversation with the customer service rep reminded me of the problems I'd had before. Needless to say, I decided not to go with them again. Now, I'm trying to find another wireless service, but it looks like they all have problems with customer service. Isn't there something we can do???

Good company but high rates. Has good reception, but payment is high. Has good plans on off peak and on peak minutes. Good company to recommend.

For the money you spend it's the best deal. They charge something like $39.00 for 1400 minutes.

I am currently with Cell One on my cell phone plan and they are so good because they give you a lot of free minutes. One thing they can improve on is their roaming charges.

Although they provide a lot of free airtime minutes, its coverage area is not as big as other service providers. Also sometimes it has weaker signals in places where PacBell has a very good signal.
