Nokia 6100 Series 3

It looks great and everything with the fancy faceplates and antennas, but I don't get good service with the fleshtone antenna.

Very easy to use. Has games, calculator and lots of cool features. Good size- not too small where you're afraid of losing it or too big. The snake game is awesome!

The best phone I have ever had. Got it 2 1/2 years ago and it is still cutting edge. The features are endless and useful. The manual is too big but that's okay. I recommend this phone to anyone.

Great phone. Light, cheap (if you have PacBell) and you can customize your rings.

It isn't really fair to rate the entire 6100 series all together. I see that not only Sprint PCS, but also Verizon wireless has dropped the 6100 from its line. The problem is this: Nokia uses their own CDMA chip because they are too snobbish (or cheap) to license the Qualcomm chip. Therefore, the 6185 (Sprint PCS) which I have, absolutely sucks. As for the TDMA (AT&T phone), that is good from what I hear...

An excellent phone. The clarity is good and the battery life is about 5-6 days. The interface is easy to use. I would highly recommend this phone.

These phones get only a good rating because of missing features like voice dialing and vibracall. But the handling of these phones by means of menu navigation has been very well solved. Every item in the menu is in the right category and the categories have small icons. Also, the Nokia does not use the IrDA standard for the infra-red port.

This phone is excellent in size and quality. It is easy to use, easy to carry, and keeps a charge for a long period of time. I can go for two or three days without charging it. Plus, it won't die in the middle of a conversation.

Nokia makes the best size and attractive phone. It's lightweight and has all the features you can ever need. It's my phone, pager, voice mail, and game station. The battery life is great! I have dropped it on the ground many times and it still works great. Very inexpensive also.

I've owned one in the past, and although they are small, it's signal quality is poor. It's hard to have a conversation in buildings and long distance charges are expensive.

I liked how this phone is a little smaller than the Nokia 5100 series, and I really liked the calender function. The additional games they put on this phone was unnecessary, but no negative points there. I liked their additions of new sounds and more availability of sound choices.

This phone has been the best out of the four that I've owned. It's easy to store names and recall them. The function that allows you to easily set the volume of the ring is easily convenient. The games programmed on the phone are a great time killer.

This is a decent phone. It's lightweight and has fairly good reception. It is not bulky either. Its design is a bit plain though, compared to the Motorola Star Tac which is much more stylish. The main concern with the Nokia 6100 is that studies reveal that it is one of the most cancer causing phones due to the position of the antenna.

I have a 6190, and the phone is pretty good. I was able to change face plates and choose my own ringer. The only reason I didn't give it a five is because the phone is heavy and slightly big for comfort.

A good, clear-sounding phone (model #6150). It works best with the headset and microphone. The microphone filters out background noise quite effectively. Lots of features as well, such as phone number archiving, multiple ring options, and even games to play! I wish the battery would last longer.

The design of the phone is probably best of all phones. Also, the phone has programs that you can run, such as games and stuff. It has a lot of other useful things like silent ring, a no hassel antenna, and easy rechargeable methods. It comes with inter-changeable faces so that I can change the color of the front part of the phone for a better style. The mic and ear piece is a little easier to use than others. The only bad thing is the vibrating battery you have to pay for.

Owning one of these myself, I like the practicality of these phones. There is a variety of accessories, and you can even change the face plate on them. These phones are very reliable and the battery life is terrific, ranging up to 11 days with Pacific Bell service. They're also small and compact, and comfortable to hold. I know my phone will last me for a while.

The Nokia 6185 (CDMA dual-band) is terrible. Why? Numerous dropped calls (not dropped phone), bad service (in and around a buildings with cell site), intermittant message notification, etc. Sprint has removed it from their portfolio. Cudos to Sprint for providing a good customer experience with phone issues. Just ordered a Motorola StarTac dual-band in hopes that the service will improve.

Well, it's not the phones fault you dropped it. You dum-dum. You're supposed to be careful with all sensitive electrical gadgets such as this. They're not meant to be dropped. Anyway, great phone! I know because I sell them!

I have a Nokia 6160. Great phone, good battery life, but it has one annoying problem. If you drop the phone (who doesn't?) and it receives a sufficient shock, you have to remove the battery in order to turn it back on!!!!
