Six years ago I would have given them a five. Three great albums, but now they just suck. Eddie Vedder decided he was sick of fame- writing crappy, and god-awful boring songs will take care of that. Enough of this left wing political crap. I guess I get to look forward to another anti- Jesse Helms rally in a couple of years. Boy, won't that be exciting.

I've been a pearl jam fan since i first saw them on their ten tour in germany. i've loved all their cd's. pearl jam write music that sticks to your soul. sometimes you can't love it until you let it grow on you. that's the kind of music that's worth falling in love with. not like most of the crap that you hear these days, which lasts a matter of months. pearl jam music will always be my favorite. it's music with integrity, that becomes a part of you. i bought a 5000 dollar stereo for my car and i only listen to pearl jam cd's in it. if you don't at least appreciate pearl jam's music, you need to grow up. i like no code, yield, ten, vs., binaural, vitalogy in that order. and i love them all.

the first time i heard jeremy i knew these guys were great.eddies got a great voice and the lyrics are at times great.If you realy want to hear Pearl Jam though you have to get their live recordings,Live in Seatle is one of my favorites.

from someone that studies and loves all aspects of music nothing touches me like the soulful, earnest voice of eddie vedder. for those that think they followed in nirvana tracks, you are sadly mistaken, all the other members of pearl jam were in seattle bands before kurt sung his first song. over the years pearl jam have reinvented themselves and challenged their listeners with every album. despite what most say, their greatest album is 'yield', not the blockbuster 'ten'. just another reason that pearl jam is an always growing, great kicks ass band. thanks

Pearl Jam is the best band ever, hands down. I was fortunate enough to see them live this October and it was the most amazing experience of my life. Eddie Vedder is a truly beautiful man, there should be more like him in the world. The way in which the band stays true to themselves and true to their beliefs is inspirational.

Legends! To all those people who think that Pearl Jam suck, why are they still around?? I resent people saying that their new music is a copy of their old stuff. Not true. Pearl Jam re-invent themselves with every album.

Ijust read somebody's negative comment that the 90's grunge thing is over. This is a lame justification of ignorance by somebody who obviously hasn't paid attention to Pearl Jam's evolution over the past ten years.

I think Pearl Jam is a revolutionary group that will never be just "normal."

pearl jam rock harder than most bands i've ever heard. ten is like my favourite album of all time and they continue to experiment. in my opinion they're number 1!

The best of the Seattle grunge scene. Ed Veder maintaines the most soulful, thundering vocals the industry has ever seen, an endless range. The other members are mediocre to decent, nothing special.

I would marry Eddie just for his voice. He is an amazing singer.Pearl Jam is going to be around for many more years to come. When Eddie and the boys stop making music it will never be forgotten, they have made a huge impact on the music industry and have stuck to what they believe in.

TEH BEST BAND OF THE 90's. OYu can say what ever you want about them. They will be here for a long time. Eddie Vedder is a GOD. They are one of the best bands live. You can not copy what they do. There GODS!!!!!

Pearl Jam are rock and roll legends---grunge isnt the word to explain them---they are the greatest band of the 90's. Live they kick ass!!!!! Eddie is hot and his voice is breathtaking.....

Dont really care for this band. I get sick of the "poor me I dont want to be a rock star" lyrics while they still bank millions of bucks. The 90's/grung is over it was cool for about 2 years.

Eddie Vedder's voice is top of the line. Pearl Jam's music is often imitated, never replicated(keep trying, Bush). These guys have made many great albums(mostly underappreciated), and have shown the courage to do what they want to do in the face of poor record sales. Pearl Jam = great stuff.

Admitedly, their new CDs haven't been as easy to digest as Ten and Vs., but they're still good. Yeild, especially, gets better each time I listen to it.
