I have always enjoyed her movies. I find her to be a great actress. I think that it is sad she got so much negative publicity over her relationship w/Russell Crowe. Too bad it didn't work out for them.

Anyone who takes crowe should be hurt. Besides I just think she's watered down and terrible

It must suck to be Meg! Her last film bombs,she goes out of her way to let the entire planet know she was boinking Russell,she says she's worried about her kid,and just for for fun,emasculates Dennis! Who honestly is thinking about her acting skills these days? Or,oops,Talent?

I would give her a 6 if I could. All you Meg haters crying about her ditzy Sleepless and Got Mail roles need to see some of her other work. She shows great depth when challenged by her roles. I am 28, and still would pick Meg over all those scrawny, bitchy twentysomething actresses. She is the one actress who can give me that funny happy feeling with her smile.

It is horrible that she would cheat on Dennis Quaid. It doesn't matter if they were having a bad relationship--wait for the divorce! She did it so outrageously too. color me disgusted.

She's not that pretty! Maybe only to all you old farts! Some of her movies are good and some are a nothing to rave about. All in all, she's a good actress, otherwise she wouldn't have been as successful as she is.

i think that Meg Ryan is like the best actress. she is like so cute and she always plays her part so well. i lover her hair! im getting my hair cut like her in feb. :) i think she did a really good job in the movie "city of angels", omg! the ending to that movie was good but way to sad! she played that part sooo good. i dont think anyone could have done a better job then her.

most people like her! i think that she is very plain, in the positive sense, and with that she makes all her movies interesting!

Meg Ryan has become too cute for me. I enjoyed her in some of her earlier movies (especially "When Harry Met Sally..." and "The Doors"), but then her predictable acting style wore thin. I gagged when I saw her in "Sleepless in Seattle," and her performance in "You've Got Mail" was similarly annoying. I think Ryan has talent, but she doesn't ever seem to push herself in order to show it. I wish she'd take on a more challenging role for a change so that audiences could see her in a different light. I suspect that she has what it takes to be a more well-rounded actress.

Meg personifies the "girl next door" feeling perfectly. Some actresses are good at what they do however I wouldn't cross the street to meet them. I'd love to get to know Meg as a person

has that look in the eyes that says "look at me". delivers a smooth performance.she maybe underrated by the press and critics but then again both of those groups only rate by how the studios pay them to rate so you can't believe them

Meg Ryan has now reached the point where she has perfected a caricature of "Meg Ryan," messy blonde hair, ditsy, rolling eyes, scarecrow floppiness, stomp-stomp, "I'm so dumb and cute and confused, but everyone loves me, so point me in the right direction." Ryan could be an excellent actress if she dropped this; yet, I think she is smart enough to know what sells. Her early roles showed real promise, but somewhere along the line, she shifted into cruise control. But, hey, it pays, and she is saved from putting thought, technique, and soul into her acting. Maybe some of Crowe's committment to fine acting will rub off on her.

And for all of you who have dissed her with your little 2 cent remarks have shown you know nothing about real talent when you see it. Meg is at the top of the list. To say Meg can't act is like saying chocolate has no taste. Meg has a great personality and depending on her roll can make you love her, hate her, feel sorry for her or despise her. That is what makes her great. if her smile won't win you over then her walk deffinatly will. I hope to see alot more of her.

Meg has a very pretty face, sweet eyes, and tender lips.That`s it!!! To become an actress, she will need to spend a lot of time in taking acting classes.

I loved her in *When Harry met Sally* and also in *French Kiss* , but since then she has been getting on my nerves whenever I see her. *You've got mail* sucked. I love Russell Crowe and they are apparently going to be in a new movie together, so I will have to see her then.
