Maybe now that she's divorced from Penn and doesn't have his backing we won't have to suffer through anymore of her agonizingly dreadful performances.

Robin is underrated. She deserved an Oscar nomination for Forrest Gump and stretched her acting muscles in White Oleander.

A definitely underrated actress, she has performed wonderfully in both great films and flops that stunk. She becomes her character with startling ease. Some of her best roles have been in the cultishly adored 'Princess Bride' and the critically acclaimed 'White Oleander'.

Seems to specialize in playing women who men get obsessed with (cf. Princess Bride, Forrest Gump, She's So Lovely). Me, I don't really get her.

Easily one of the moost beautiful faces of Hollywood, Robin Wright-Penn has turned in solid performances in The Princess Bride, Forrest Gump, and The Playboy(the MooCow's favorite). Why she hasn't become one of the industries leading lights is a mystery, and can only be explained by her marriage to maverick actor/director Sean Penn. She adds a lot of depth, beauty, and light to the screen, and needs to be involved with moore films - the MooCow can easily see Mz.Wright-Penn score an Oscar via a quality independent film.

Wow - I remember first seeing Robin Wright in "Princess Bride" and thinking how beautiful she was. She was perfect for that role, although it didn't exactly require her to stretch her acting muscles to the limit. But I've seen her in a couple of dramatic roles since then, and she's actually very talented.
