Wow... I guess you too have a lot of time on your hands considering you just sit back and dont work on any PC's. Considering I am a business owner, i do not have the time to continue to respond to you assinine comments. I am not sure what you refer to as my "condition" maybe thats why I havent accepted it. and as far as living off of the system i have no idea what you are talking about. But lets do this, if you have an issue you would like to further discuss feel free to call me, you have my number (remember the one you called over and over to say the computer wasnt ready). Otherwise please get back to work so that you can start paying Microsoft the 740K they were awarded for you defrauding them, and stop trying to minimize a legitimate complaint.

No wonder you have time to write all this about pctouch, you make your living out of the system(social security) and by harassing businesses, you have all the time in the world. Keep up with your anger against the world, don't blame other people for your condition, and just accept it.

Avoid at all costs. This shop is a fraud, they were even sued by Microsoft and microsoft was awarded over 700K due to this place fraudulently using microsoft products with illegal licenses while charging customer as if they were legitimate. It is public record. Ruining someone's PC and not delivering on your word as a business does not constitute poor communication on the customers part. This a perfect example of your lack of professionlism and a clear example of why you are who you are, and why your business has dimished in size year after year. Keep blaming the customers, for you not delivering. Its a good reflection of how ou do business and just confirms what has been reviously stated.

Probably this low self steam person is the only one complaining after serving the community for over 9 years, and he got his computer back because of his attitude, and poor ability to communicate. He needs anger management, plus a little bit of manners.

The worst experience ever with a computer shop. They took my laptop for what was suppossed to be a 24 hour $100 repair, three weeks later I received my laptop back in 20 pieces, no repair, missing pieces, and the people at the store have a very bad attitude. Avoid at all costs, these guys are thieves and will only further damage your system. My computer was in one piece, went in for a simple repair, and is now beyond repair at the hands of these fools. DO NOT DO BUSINESS, THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!! AND WILL RUIN YOUR PC. It got so bad that I had to send my wife to pick up the PC because I was really on the verge of getting out of control because of these incompetent idiots. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
