Not bad, but Heidi has definately booted her for good. Better CNN does something else with her when she comes back from maternity leave.

Was appalled when Soledad joined forces with Bill Hemmer who is articulate and polished. She's a weak co-anchor and seems out of place and out of her league. Get rid of her. Maybe she'll be a stay-at-home mom.

She needs to lighten up a bit. SHe gets visibly uncomfortable if any one of her co-hosts or guests rocks the boat: in any way, This is real life, Soledad, learn to deal with the unexpected.

I think she should have stayed at NBC. I can't stand Bill Hemmer, so I avoid watching her on CNN's American Morning.

Comes off as a ding-a-ling. Fairly homely as well. Would get thoroughly clobbered by any cut throat guest that became annoyed by her apparent ignorance. Reminds me of a bad co-host on a bad cooking show I saw on a public access station about a year ago.

She's not all that anchorwise or looks, and that grin of hers is frightning.

i don't see what the big deal is about her. it seems that she has moved from one boring morning show on NBC to another on CNN. this was made to seem like quite a coup for CNN. still, i find her as bland as the shows are.

She has a girl next door feel to her, which makes watching her all the more better. Is a consummate professional with a style that makes her better than most of her peers. NBC will live to regret not giving her the Today job, instead putting its effort and dollars on Katie Couric.

Pitiful amateur does not belong on major network. I change channels when she comes on.

I would have expected more from CNN. Soledad thinks she is the smartest thing since Albert Einstein, but I've never heard anything intelligent come out of her mouth. She needs to relax, lighten up, and take some risks on the air... she looks like a puppet with Ms. Overly-Politically-Correct holding the strings.

She is brilliant, but needs to be told tactfully how to pronounce SOVREIGNTY!Three syllables not four: like SOV-REN-TY with the emphasis on the first syllable. Not what she was saying this AM SOV-REN-IT-TEE with the emphasis on the second syllable. Ugh!!!!!!!!!!

Smart, personable and attractive. Soledad has a winning combination...no matter what race she is! Let's stop trying to categorize her and just appreciate what she brings to the screen. I live on the west coast and tune into CNN at 4:00am to watch her every morning! God bless you, Soledad.

Very entertaining and along with Bill Hemmer they are a great duo for the morning news.

Soledad is the only personality that I intentionally tune in to see as often as possible. Once she left NBC I found that I had no reason to watch that circus anymore. I really enjoy getting my news from such a fun and beautiful woman!

I've only seen her substitute on the Nightly News a few years back. From what I remember, she did a good job.

I've liked her since she was on The Site. She should have replaced Couric on NBC but is a better morning show host than the woman she replaced on CNN.

My wife thinks Bill Hemmer is the sexiest person in America.... actually, Bill's not even close.... the sexiest person in America is sitting right next to him. Soledad has it all...what a lady. For once, CNN got it right. Now if they would just dump Paula and Rudi, and hire a few more like Soledad and Heidi, the world would be that much better off...more brains, fewer twinkies!!

She has to be without a doubt the most boring female personality on television.How she got a job in broadcast television is beyond me.

I am glad that she got the coveted spot on CNN morning show, she is MUCH better than Darrin Kagen, who seems like she is pissed at the world all the time! Soledad has a nice, girl next door delivery of the news and makes it a pleasant show to watch now.

I was hoping someday she would take Katie's place when Katie went to bigger and better things. Love the Today Show and wish Soledad stayed with NBC. She certainly deserves to better herself and I wish her great success. I will be clicking back and forth all morning from CNN to NBC.

I love Soledad. She is smart, funny, and of course, stunningly beautiful. She should have a long career in TV.

FYI, Soledad did not grow up in MASS, nor did she go to highschool in Mass. so the guy that claims that she could not get a date in HS is a fool....she was a social bug!!!!! She is great, a very genuine person, smart and savy. NBC's loss and CNN's gain. Go soledad!!!!!

I enjoy watching Soledad on the weekends; Not only does she bring "energy" to the show but she is also very attractive and funny! I agree that sometimes she rushes her questions and doesn't listen to guests' responses. However I am certain that as she gains more experience,this will be improved. I think she will do well at CNN this coming July on American Morning.

I'm so glad she's off the Today show roster. Always grated on me.
