A little overrated. There's nothing very interesting to the taste, but somehow you find yourself finishing off an entire bag by yourself watching TV, reading a magazine, or whatever, oblivious to the taste. They're too small to be savored, too. However, the new mint Skittles varieties taste better than the fruit flavors, to me. The downside to Skittles is although they contain little fat, they're loaded with sugar and not much else in the way of vitamins. If overheated, the dye starts coming off and really stains. Go on, try it! Put a few Skittles in your palm and close your fingers around it for a minute or two, then try to get the stain off without soap. Stay away from the Sour Skittles - I was eating some, and the acid in them literally burned off a piece of my gum so my mouth bled and the roof of my mouth was all scraped up, too, from the granular sugar coating them.

Great, addicting, chewy, fruity, tasty, gob of gustatory fun. Hard on the outside but soft to chew as it transforms from the hard shell into the slightly crunchy (at first from the shells) taffy-like mouth watering gob of pure candy: Skittles are good and Skittles are FUN!. Try the sour ones for an extra zing.

I love Skittles and their delicious fruity taste! Besides, they have no fat and cholesterol, unlike most chocolate candies which makes them a little better then most other candies!

I love these things, and I used to cram my mouth with as many as would fit in there. This was our favorite thing to sneak into a movie theatre too.

I can only have a few Skittles at a time..forget about eating a whole bag..I simply couldn't do it. I can hold my sugar..but Skittles are just too much. The deceiving hard outer shell holds a soft chewy fruit center..but if I want a fruit chew, I would prefer a starburst.

I've been on a Skittles kick lately. I like Skittles because the flavors are intense and very sweet and they are low in fat. I can eat a few Skittles and feel completely satisfied, while other candies (e.g. peanut M&Ms) cause me to lose complete control. Skittles aren't as sticky and difficult to chew as Starbursts, and I like their small size and hard outer coating which doesn't melt in your hand. All of the "flavors" are good, but I especially like tropical Skittles. In fact, I can't think of a single way to improve this delicious candy.

I certainly don't taste a rainbow when I eat these things. I mean, they're not the worst candy out there but they are far from the best. They are just too sweet and they leave a funny taste in your mouth afterward. If I eat too many of these, I start to feel sick.

Recently, I have become a huge fan Skittles. They kinda look like M&Ms, but instead of chocolate they come in cherry, grape, etc. which makes for a fruit-flavored fiesta for the mouth.

Skittles may be my favorite candy right now - especially if you inlclude the "Tropical Fruit" Skittles - the one that has the banana flavor. Skittles are better than Starburst because they don't get stuck in the crevasses of your teeth the way Starburst do. Word on the street (I have a large network of paid informants) is that a new kind of "Sour" Skittles are about to come out, and I'm looking forward to trying those.
