I could not spell,(even though I went through school), until my motherinlaw taught me by playing Scrabble. Bless her and Scrabble for that.

Scrabble is a wonderful game, but can be frustrating if your letters are A,E,U,O,A,E,I or L,K,B,M,R,C,T (a combination of those two hands would be fine though).

Seems to appeal to people who got beat up a lot in high school. Any board game that requires frequent reference to a dictionary can't be all that much fun.
