I LOVE THE peanut butter kind it's my favorite of all time cereals! it tastes so good i practically have it atleast twice a week

Peanut butter Cap'n crunch is THE best! Just add enough milk to get the cereal a lil soggy.... It's GREAT that way! Also good if you put some in your hot oatmeal,,, It just kind of melts into it.....

I love the Peanut Butter and Original Cap'n Crunch cereals, but I'm not a big fan of the Crunch Berries...the flavor is too artificial.

I am yet another victim of the Cap'n. The stuff really does tear up the roof of your mouth, but it does taste good. I can't really give a high rating on a cereal that causes mouth lacerations though.

I've had this stuff my whole life and it's never ever torn the roof of my mouth, and I'm the kind who kinda sucks on the cereal pieces to make them dissolve too! You guys must have sensitive skin or something, I dont know but I love Cap'n Crunch

Ok people its simple. It really is all about the even distribution of milk and the amount of cap n crunch cereal in your spoon. Of course you cant have a big spoon, a normal table spoon will do. Most importantly you must make sure that you dont pile the cereal on your spoon, and for gods sake dont drown it in milk. The best kept secret I guess that I just leaked it

This stuff is TOO SWEET. The peanut butter version is okay, but the regular and crunch berries---you may as well eat ice cream for breakfast!

A guilty pleasure. So sweet now I can only eat it now and then. doesn't seem to have as much body as it used to, justs melts and sticks to your teeth now.

Definitely not healthy but great for a sugary snack!

One of the best cereals out there. the flavor has remained consistent for years and thats a good thing. its nice and crunchy and has a slight sweetness. the peanut butter kind is very good especially for those who like that kind of flavor. the crunch berries arent so good. they taste terrible and dont add much to the cereal. to this day, the original is still the best.

Tastes great, but tears up your mouth

Cap'n Crunch has an awesome taste, but it is too crunchy, and it hurts my mouth while eating it. Because it is next to impossible for me to eat it, I can only rate it 2 stars.

These taste really good, but it's not really worth it putting up with mouth lacerations. It stays so crunchy that it really shreds the roof of your mouth. This is a problem that I have been hitherto unable to get around. Maybe if I affixed strips of cellophane to my hard palate it would work, but there's a very real choking risk involved in that approach. Or I could add the milk the night before and keep it in the fridge so it's not crunchy anymore when I go to eat it the next day, but that would be like eating cold mush. They should do a time elapse study of the effects of milk on the decreasing crunchiness of Cap'n Crunch in order to find the optimum time to let it sit before it becomes too mushy to be enjoyable and yet safe to eat.

It's alright if you don't let it soak in milk for too long. Otherwise you end up with a sugary mess that makes the stomach turn.

I've always detested Capn' Crunch with a passion. It just tastes horribly bland to me. I prefer its offspring (Peanut Butter and Berries) over this crap anyday.

It is way to sweet and it is so crunchy, that by the time I am done, the top of my mouth is raw.

not too bad, but it's a little too crunchy and the rough texture can get almost unbarable at times.

I really think I enjoy Cap'n Crunch more as an eat-alone snack rather than a breakfast cereal in milk. I definitely like the crunch. But it does taste a little "waxy" (perhaps something off the plastic box lining sticks to the cereal?). And, just when I take a bite that I think is soggy enough, a maverick Crunch will go and scrape the roof of my mouth something awful. That takes away from it. But overall, it does taste pretty good and, for me, isn't too sickeningly sweet.

One star for the Cap'n himself, two stars because it tastes pretty good, and two blank stars because for every minute you spend eating this cereal, you need to spend two picking the bright yellow gunk out of your teeth. Ever try eating this stuff, then trying to brush your teeth right before you have to go to school or work? Don't.

Cap'n Crunch has many flavors to choose from plus they all taste great.

I for one like Cap,n Crunch. Our family has each own prefernce of which one. I like regular best, My kids like crunch berry. I like the sweet taste of it. It has been around since i can remember.We buy this cereal on occasion. Our rule with cereal is we only get what is on sale that week. so we have tried all kinds of cereal.Cap'n Crunch is one of the ones we buy willingly.

Hey mom! Can we eat a pound of lard from the pig that you cook in hot fat instead of eating Cap'n Crunch? Just add 3 lbs. of sugar and some wax from a candle so that it can stick to the roof of your mouth and it will taste just like Cap'n Crunch! Thanks MOM, your the best!

Cap N Crunch was a really tasty cereal when I was 5, but today it tastes like trash. It really does. I mean they look good, but they don't taste good at all. And the peanut butter kind smell good, but throw them out before you need the tums.

I feel Cap'n Crunch is up there with Lucky Charms also. I like the aftertaste when the cereal is gone and just the milk is left over. This cereal actually has a real peanut butter taste to it. The price is somewhat considerable and affordable from time to time. Lately I haven't been buying Cap'n Crunch because I have so many boxes of Lucky Charms at the house.

The Cap'n is the man. His cereal is great tasting and has a kick ass role model. The cereal itself taste great, both with and without milk. Also, he's the only captain I know who sells cereal.

This is my favorite cereal! I don't like it as much when they put in the Crunch Berries. Cap'n Crunch is the cereal I ate on Saturday morning when I watched cartoons.

It stays crunchy even though it's been in milk for awhile, and has different fruity flavors. It also has many flavors that don't have artificial flavor.

In the morning I feel sleepy but Cap'n Crunch is full of sugar and gets me going. It's in small pieces so sometimes I just grab a handful and snack. It has games on the back for me to play while I'm eating.

I'm tempted to give Cap'n Crunch a five because it's so delectable but I've had to downgrade it to a 4 because I think it's impossible to eat and entire bowl of it without cutting the roof of your mouth on the sharp edges of those little buggers.

I liked the Captain when I was younger but now its like eating cotton candy for breakfast -- way too sweet/sugary. The crunch berries tear apart the roof of my mouth.
