been enjoying this cartoon strip for 40 years. it will be sorely missed and i wish Schultz the best of health and long life and thank him for all the chuckles.

What's not to like? He's cute, funny, and smarter than some of his human friends. He plays well with others and can entertain himself if need be.

Needs a more serious outlook on life.

Of all the comic strip animals, who would you rather hang out with than Snoopy? Marmaduke? Garfield? No chance. Snoopy's cool is unmatched, and who knows what he'd feel like doing that day - heading off for a WWI dogfight, playing a little shortstop for the baseball team, sneaking a kiss from Peppermint Patty, playing hockey with Woodstock and his buddies, writing a mystery novel, or maybe just stealing Linus' blanket. For a beagle, that's a pretty diverse range of activities. Whatever town the Peanuts live in, Snoopy owns it.

Snoopy rules! He was the Fonz before there ever was a Fonz. He loves to eat sleep, break balls on people and go on wild adventures. It is a little strange that his best friend is a little yellow bird though.

When I was a child I had two Snoopies. I got them almost at the same time. When I got the second one, I was overwhelmed & said "Wow, one more 'Noopy!". Anyway, the two twin Snoopies weren't my favourite teddies...
