Oh, dear God!

Okay, Okay, I know its goofy. I used to hate it! But sometimes when I sit down to watch it, it sucks me in! It is colorful. The men are hot! The story lines are very slow, however. I watch it about once a week and I always know what is going on. I hate all this unrequited love, however. I am especially sick of seeing Sheridan and Luis apart!! The acting sux sometimes but you know, its a soap. For entertainment only. That it does.

The writers don't seem to have a very large vocabulary. They have the characters repeating the same lines over and over.

Passions has a lot of things wrong with it. The acting is bad and so are the story lines and most of all, it takes way too long for a story to unfold. At the end you're more releaved than excited.

I actually like this show. I find it hilarious. Here's a list of funny (sometimes annoying) things I've noticed. 10 Things Ive learned from watching NBCs Passions: 1. All men have the I.Q. of a turnip. 2. There are only 48 earth days in a year, with only a few days between holidays. 3. A zombie can also be a succubus and/or ghost. 4. Strangers can claim to be my family or friends, and Ill recognize them as such. 5. If I want to keep my conversation private, I can just turn my back. No one will hear me, even if they are standing two feet away. 6. Major accidents or surgery will never leave any scars or marks. 7. No one on earth has any blinds or curtains. 8. I should avoid parties or social gatherings. Thats where all of the bad stuff happens. 9. Everyone except me can take several days off of work and school, and not get fired or failed. 10. When writing a soap opera, plot holes do not matter.

Dumbest show ever!!!

So bad that it's funny. It could be entertaining (a few times a year!) but overall the acting and the storylines are so bad you cringe instead of laugh.

The only time I've seen this soap is when I am in the breakroom at lunch and Passions is on the TV. This soap is so bad, it inevitably reduces me to paroxyms of laughter. It must be a take-off on soap operas. The acting is horrible and the plotlines seem to be even dumber than the ones found on more conventional soaps. Passions is good for a few laughs, but it seems there are a lot of better ways one could utilize one's time.

A farce. All the programs which were cancelled by NBC were superior. NBC never really gave them a chance. NBC is making all the wrong moves.

This show is pretty good so I give it a 5-star!

I give Passions a 5 only because I'm so addicted. I hate the fact that they draw you in, and then don't give you what you want. Luis find Sheridan already!!!!! It drives me crazy. I may stop watching for a week, But I'm back very soon. I can't stay away!

This is one bad soap, and not in a good way, It's been on how long? and none of their storylines has ever ended. I tried to like it but can't. The only characters I like are, Julian, Tabitha, Preious and Mrs. Wallace. The rest are either stupid, dumb, mean or angry. I wanat to know what's in TC's shed! I want Grace to find out that her son David isn't hers...BLAH BLAH BLAH

I have watched from the beginning after Another World ended. I like the originality and humor the show provides. The Actors are exceptional. The show has grown on me and I can say it is my favorite. I am bothered and becoming somewhat bored with the way some story lines lack growth or a sense of accomplishment. Sheridan in the basement has gotten really tiresome. It has been going on all summer. The time has come/it is long overdue for Sheridan and Luis to come together. The are a dynamic couple and their relationship deserves to progress to another leval.

I was crushed when my favourite soap - Another World - was cancelled, and replaced with Passions. My depression was short-lived, however, as I got hooked on this silly show. I like the campiness, the fact that the writers and actors don't take themselves too seriously, and that it's (in my opinion) one of the most unique and entertaining soaps I've ever encountered. Tabitha is a hoot, Theresa is an incredible beauty, Kay and Beth are wonderful in their maliciousness, and the menfolk are simply droolworthy! I do have some complaints, though - namely Charity, Sheridan and Luis, the latest Jessica (she simply cannot act), and the current Chad/Whitney/Fox love triangle. ::Gags just thinking about them:: Thank goodness for fast forward! Despite my least favourite characters, I'll remain a loyal Passions fan for as long as it's around - it's the most fun you can have during a weekday afternoon.

The absolute worst television show that I have ever sat down in front of the TV and stomached!! I would rather watch infomercials! The story line has been the same forever. It is sooo slow. I watched the show twice in the last week (it's the only channel I get right now)and absolutely nothing happened except Sheridan going into Alice in Wonderland or some stupid crap!! I don't mind a little supernatural stuff. But they do it so badly. It is so cheesy-the costumes, the story, and the acting sucks ass! Sorry Passion! Two thumbs DOWN!

PASSIONS IS A VREY SLOW SOAP OPERA. IT TAKES FOR EVER FOR SOMETHING TO HAPPEN OR END. THEY NEED TO SPEED IT UP A BIT AND GET SOME PEOPLE WHO KNOWS HOW TO ACT. MOST OF THERE ACTORS ARE STUPID THE WAY THEY ACT ON THE SHOW. THOSE OLD LADYS ON THERE NEED TO ACT MORE MATURE FOR THERE AGES AND ALSO THE MEN ON THERE ARE TRYING TO LOOK SEXY THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO ACT. THEY NEED TO ALL GO BACK TO ACTING SCHOOL OR GET ANOTHER CAREER. PASSIONS COULD BE A GOOD SOAP OPERA IF THEY TAKE A LOT OF THAT CRAZY STUFF OUT AND MAKE IT MORE REAL LIFE LIKE. THE ACTORS THINK TOO MUCH IN THERE HEAD ABOUT THINGS THAT HAPPEN OR WHAT THEY WON'T YO HAPPEN.

This show is awful, and is next in line for cancellation!! It is tremoundously horrible, and the characters are BORING! Truth be told, i have more fun playing Yahtzee than watching passions!

I actually never watched a soap in my life. Except for General Hospital way back when Luke and Laura were on. I only watched that when I was home from school. I found Passions by accident. I was home on maternity leave. It was the very first episode. I haven't missed an episode since. I even work afternoons now so I can watch it. Sure it's a little corny at times and some of the acting is awful. But it sort of sucks you in. I think maybe Tabitha's magic is coming through the TV's.

Slow as Molasses, and Theresa cries buckets of tears. Characters change with regular ease, none having the same general personality of his/her predessesor. The one good thing about the show is Tabitha (& the late Timmy), and Rebecaa, who's been in so many soap opera's she is always great to watch..

Bring back pillars husband or give her a man let sheridan and luis get together please do somthing different before you lose most of your audience. This show is good. I love the beginning episodes better though. Tabitha and Timmy are the best comedy duo ever! It was sad to hear Josh Ryan Evans died recently. He was a great actor. His character was very funny on the show, he and Juliet Mills worked great together. This soap does drag on its storylines but it tries to give you fresh stuff like making Kay Tabithas partner, that was new and unexpected. I give this show 5 stars for it's greatness.

Passions is the shi* the best show ever and to anyone who doesnt like it you proberbly watch some dumb show that no one else likes and you think its the best so shut up!!! yea passions rules, it should play re-runs like they do for friends everday at 5... yea good idea huh????

I am a dedicated fan of Passions, but I am getting to the point where it is making me very frustrating to watch it anymore. People tell me that it is a waste of time to watch it. Lately, I am somewhat feeling the same way. How long can someone not be together? Come on people!! Sheridan and Louis need to be together. I am tired of them "missing" each other and them not being together. They were voted the most popular couple of the year. How can they be a couple when they aren't even together. The writers need to hurry up and get these two together. They were seperated for a whole year and when they are reunited they aren't even able to be together. How long is this going to go on? They deserve to be together. They are soooo many plots that need to be finished and start on new plots for the show. Like Theresa and Ethan. How long is it going to take Theresa to realize that Ethan and her are not going to be together. And if they are going to be together. Let them. The same story plots have been going on since Passions have frist come out. Can we FANS have something new? Is that too much to ask? Days of Our Lives plots move faster than this.

Teresa needs to find a hobby already. This story is getting old. Move on please. She can act so they need to give her some new lines. I'm tired of hearing the same lines over and over again. GET OVER IT ALREADY!

I have been watching Passions since the first day it aired. I do like the show! Hard to admit at times. Some things that I hate about this show is that one day in Harmony lasts 2 weeks, and also the Zombie Charity story, I thinks it's too much but hey some people might like it. Oh and Luis, Sheridan and Antonio story is dragging but it's getting there, and last but not least.. WHO IS EVE'S CHILD is it Chad or John??? We'll see right! Sure their acting isn't so great (the new Chad sux) But other then that I think it's great! Keeps us on our toes. I watch Days of Our Lives (which yes moves on quite quickley) and I have watched that soap since I was 4 and really sometimes I rather watch Passions over it. I think Passions is going to go a long way, the story line right now is great! Humm I think "Fox" and Theresa are going to kick ass, and Kay is going to stir some trouble with this baby. I can't wait!!!!!

HA! I am just astounded at the number of people who actually take this show seriously! My friend and I made a short film one day because we were incredibly bored. It was about a little boy named Little Timmy and an indian named Jebadiah... well you do not want to hear the plot but I'm telling you, it was a lot better than Passions. Please people, Americans in general spend 3 hours a day in front of the T.V. That means that if you had one week to live, you would spend 21 hours, that's almost an entire day, watching T.V. Do yourselves a favor and go outside and take a breath of fresh air. I'm not saying you should never watch T.V. again, but it isn't healthy to get so caught up in a T.V. show- especially such a ridiculously dumb one!

The best thing about this show was the good-looking men!! Oh yea, it also made me laugh out loud during the "serious" moments!! The premise of the witch and a living doll (although I did enjoy Josh Ryan Evans work, he was a good actor), how corny can a script get?

AWFUL!!

My feelings for this show are back and forth. There are days that I love the show and am watching every minute and there are days where I can't stand this show and can't stand to even LOOK at it. Right at this minute, my feelings are of the "can't stand it" variety. The show is just too SLOW! For starters, it has been almost THREE months(or two, I don't know) since we saw Antonio and Sheridan came back to Harmony(though in Harmony time, it's only been about three days or so). When is she and Luis going to tell his brother the truth? I am SO tired of them changing their minds! And don't get me started on Beth! The nice girl at the Book Cafe is now a psycho-*itch? I'd rather they bring on a NEW character that's a total nutjob rather than seeing a total 180 done on a once respectable character. To me, the only bright light is Julian, but I don't think he's been on the show in quite a long time. Lastly, the most ridiculous thing is that in February, they are adding a new family to the show. I think they need to get RID of a few characters, not adding more. Next thing you'll know there'll be more characters than on "Days of Our Lives".

Wow! i didn't think any show could surpass "Days" in the crap writing category. that is , until home from work one day, i happened upon this garbage, with its let's insult the audience by having every character repeat what has happened over and over and over format. it is impossible to tell whether anyone on this show can act, given such terrible material. but i can say that some of the cast -- that awful woman with the short red hair and her hubby -- need to find other work desperately. yeesh!

Well I've been watching passions since day one and all i can say is that it is a unique soap opera some of the characters are good and others just suck.I've always liked the people who played the original part,like the first Kay she was better but this one is alright, Simone the first one was the best and this one well let's not go there, Jessica is o.k, Ethan well he was just plain stupid and never toke off his shirt or wore muscle shirts and now the new Ethan always does.The old Gwen was bitchier and the new one seems to nice, and no one seems to like the new Chad well I don't either he looks to prepie and not tough enough like the old Chad, as for the rest of them, well Charity cannot act and they need to get rid of zombie Charity I didn't know zombies were so happy. Tabitha and Timmy were the best and always will be he is totally irreplaceble. T.C needs to show more his anger I love it when he's mad and wants to kill Julian, as for Julian he and Timmy made a funny team and he loved his martimmy's and hated Grace's tomatoe soup cake but he needs to tell his Father off and he's just and ol' pervert who needs to find himself a decent woman who loves to drink and to kinky stuff just like he does.Rebecca is a horny slut and gets Gwen into trouble. Ivy needs to let go of her precious Sam and enjoy the "good life", Theresa cries to much and still thinks she's 16 and daydreams to much. Whitney is just boring with all that Chad crap, Reese is hilarious with him always acusing of Tabitha beeing a witch and she calling him Ross. And Hecuba is alright I guess,they needed to replace zombie cause she couldn't do the job, let's seee who else, Cracked Connie is way to scary and needs pay a visit to Julian for fun.I agree with everybody else get rid of Antonio and let Sheridan and Luis be happy.The rest of the gang seems alright.I guess I can say Passions is the best!!! A good show, but some of the characters and storylines need a lot of work.

OK I used to hate soap operas, but wow, this is addictive. I have to say, the storylines often suck, but thank god for Kay. Kay is by far the best character, and she is SO UNBEARABLY HOT! And she should go for reese,he's hotter than that little boy miguel. He and Charity should go be wimps together, geez. Kay is the devil. That's why i love her :) Anyway, Theresa should burn in hell, she's so pathetic, Ethan's hot, but reeeeeeally dense, so I say go Gwen for plotting evilly. Luis and Sheridan should get married and stop dragging Antonio into it all. I think the Kay/Miguel/Charity love triangle is the only thing keeping me watching, though (or is it just Deanna Wright? oh god i want her :P ) and i think someone like me should jump in the show, hit the incredibly naive simone really hard once or twice, and then schmack kay and ask her why the hell she isn't shagging reese, who really needs some ass. he's a hot nerd!! kay and reese man. Woohoo. But yea, the ultimate point of my post? I'm obsessed with the incredibly good looking Kay and the equally (extremely) talented Deanna Wright. I really don't say this often at all, but you GO girl!

When Passions first started, i loved it. Even when i couldn't watch it i taped it. However, in the begining of the year it became boring and the story lines stunk! Now the show is getting ALOT better and I watch it every day! I love shuis they should get back 2gether. I think that they should get rid of the witch and the zombie, those are the dumbest parts of the show.
