I'm not gonna say anything bad about Eminem because to be honest, I'd be afraid he might hunt me down and kill me or something!!! About his music...although some of his lyrics are offensive I find his music somewhat entertaining. I would recommend Eminem to my friends!! My favorite song is Stan. I also like Criminal and My Name Is!! And about the way Marshall Mathers looks...he's fairly cute but not as cute as his daughter. And I do think his lyrics are offensive to a degree but I also think the press should get off the poor guy's back!! He's trying to make a living and support his family and if disturbing lyrics is what the people are into nowadays then the man has to give them what they want!! It's supply and demand and he definitly supplies the lyrics the people want!!

Eminem is absolutly the bomb. I think it's great that there's a white rapper out there representin', and he's making it. His raps are hot, and so is he. Alot of his lyrics are harsh, but once you listen, I mean really listen to them they really do have a meaning to them, it's real life stuff, that goes on all the time. I love his song Stan, it's the best, and I hope one day to meet Eminem, and maybe become his next wife!!

soccerfairy14 12/11/2000
I really loved this CD. If u ask me to many people take what he says to seriously. If u don't take what he says like, "OOOh my god he said he killed his wife!" then u can enjoy what it's saying and even laugh at times. If u didn't like this CD because it's not the kind if style u listen to, fine, but if u don't like it becouse of what he says, lighten up.
Blankita04 12/11/2000
I am totally in love with Eminem, his cd is hot and he ain't scared to put whatever he feels into his music....there will never be another rapper like him!
lil'wanye 12/09/2000
it is probly one of the best cd i own he tells it how it is
LilLoco 12/08/2000
His beats are tight but that song, "Please stand up" its the worst. His lyrics is not much because its just anger that rhymes. Hell i can do that. but I cant knock the fact that he can flow with speed and acuracy real well.
BabyStarz 12/03/2000
Ahhh.... what to say about this album. Its the ! I really give em 5starz just cuz hes FINE
depche24 12/02/2000
Eminem rocks!! He is just so humorous and he know how to rap. This is even better than the Slim Shady LP!! I don't have a favorite song because all of it is good!!
southphillyhot tgirl 11/26/2000
I Love this cd because every song on this cd is good it makes me think about life its self!!!
penguinman 11/23/2000
This boy is a joke. His irritating voice sounds like a mosquito on crack.
rickyd 11/22/2000
I like "Way I Am" from the first time I heard it on his CD. Eminem is open and honest, and that is what I like about him. He is not scared to say what is on his mind.
BalinChojin 11/19/2000
The Marshall Mathers Low Profile leaves you asking one thing... Why? Why would someone want to sing such hateful songs. In his songs, Eminem (real name Marshal Mathers III) sings about killing his wife, beating his daughter, and various other hateful things. Though I think it is very overstated, the media has a legitimate gripe about the bad-boy rapper. As the old saying goes: 'If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say it at all.' I wish Marshall Mathers had kept a low profile.
Lizzie12 11/17/2000
I think EminEm is cool and i like The Way I Am and Stan the best.
huoguig 11/09/2000
AWESOME...BETTER THAN THE SLIM SHADY LP.....3 GREAT SONGS....REAL SLIM SHADY....THE WAY I AM...STAN...CANT BEAT THAT
MusicI3itch 11/05/2000
I didn't like this CD when I first purchased it, but it really grew on me. I think that The Marshall Mathers LP is Em's second best CD, his first being Infinite!
CHERRE 10/31/2000
LOVE THE WAY EMINENM BE FLOWING WITH HIS LYRICS.

scgirl 10/23/2000
I rated this a 5 because Marshall Mathers, I think, is the best white rapper there is, except for the Beastie Boys. He makes a lot of good points and brings up a lot of good issues.
shautisun 10/23/2000
I really like that CD, and I listen to it a lot. But being a girl there are some songs that I won't listen to because of the lyrics- the ones that talk about hitting his kid and wife, and if you don't like this song suck my d*ck. The last one is just really stupid.
tom_stromberg 10/20/2000
i thought the cd was great but it would be cool if it had "the kids" as a bonus track at the end of the explicit version. Tom Stromberg
Scully 10/20/2000
Eminem should get some decent songs that won't be explicit
lomi88 10/20/2000
I love Marshall .B. Mathers i always have I liked him for day 1 I think this album was a hit more then the others .But i still love every song he ever made and more days to come I'm a die heart fan!
hydrokronik 10/19/2000
awesome CD the first few times you listen to it. Eminem gets old really fast though, yet I give props to him for his untouchable lyrics.
rubenruffryder 10/18/2000
I think this CD was much better than Eminem's first. Dr. Dre, Snoop and others made it more enjoyable. It was an expressive album after he hit stardom.
DEEBO 10/18/2000
THE ALBUM WAS CRAZY AND CRAZY IS EMINEM'Z (AKA SLIM SHADY'S) MIDDLE NAME. I GIVE THE ALBUM A 4 STARZ.
<3<3i love dale<3<3 10/17/2000
he is sooooo kool man i love him
hwdthugluv 10/16/2000
This CD is one of the best. He talks all about his real life, not like those other rappers that rap about fake stuff. This CD is real.
atrybom 10/16/2000
The rapper who shocked the world with his offensive lyrics puts out his 2nd album and an amazing CD. Even though his lyrics are at times outstandingly offensive, critics and people everywhere are praising it. His sense of timing and flow are out of this world and his clever way of putting his lyrics together has you seeing past the offensiveness and hearing the music.
Janine 10/13/2000
Eminem is a jerk. He should have stayed an unknown. Then maybe his wife wouldn't be trying to commit suicide...but who can blame her married to him! His songs are mostly about the conceit he has for himself or killing his wife. What a LOSER!!
homeboy88 10/12/2000
I like this cd because of that dope song "STAN"
triggs 10/10/2000
The lyrics are disturbing but awesome. People often take what Eminem says too seriously, and he addresses that in his album. He also has some really serious songs which are important in pointing out the fallacy of fame and the "bandwagon" phenomena.
slimdogg99343 10/08/2000
what can you say? he tells it like it is. the lyrics are awesome. so are the beats. although i love all his cd's othis is the best one yet. he doesnt give a if you dont it. go out and buy it you wont regret it. its always in my cd player.
ankur1616 10/05/2000
The Marshall Mathers LP was interesting and original, though disturbing at times.
apeape 10/04/2000
Innovative. Something new and bold. Every song has sick-ass beats that make you want to bump.
rkamath 10/04/2000
Controversial as he is, there is no denying Eminem is a talented rapper. Though he more frequently than not descends into tastelessness, Eminem is very intelligent. He makes alot of valid points about our society under the umbrella of an almost parodically extreme of violent lyrics. Unfortunately, most people miss the point when it comes to his lyrics, but for these people it doesn't matter because the music is catchy and memorable too.
nwhittington 10/03/2000
-He speaks the real in every word -Easy to relate to -Takes pressure off of me -Stand up for myself -Good to listen to
sdahi 10/03/2000
The much expected release of this album stirred many musical enthusiasts, however it seemed eminent that Eminem forgot the style of Rap that made him so likeable. It seems that Marshall Mathers is more indicative of compilations of Rap and Heavy Metal hybrid. Overall it was most disappointing.

This cd has what i never would've expected its so awesome the rhymes are creative and the beats are phat but i dont really like bizarre. peace

I don't see how someone could NOT like Eminem. He is the finest mo/fo rapper out there and I love his music, not to mention him. I love his new CD the Marshall Mathers LP cause he tells it like it is, and that inspires me to be what I want to be, and not let anyone say that I can't dress like that, or whatever....Marshall Mathers help me believe that I can express myself through anything, and not let other people stand in my way....thanx. <3 Heather (of wyoming, michigan....detroit's not that far away...Ü...keep smiling)

i think this album is fantastic i wasn't even into rapp before slim shady. i have to admit i started of likeing marshall because i thought he was fine.i think this album is the best music i have heard in a long time. i have so much respect for Marshall he's had a hard life and all his rapps are honest my favourite rapp is stan and the way i am, but i like all of them. My least favourite is Amityville.
miza10290om 08/31/2000
I think this CD deserves a 5 because its got great beats and the lyrics are hella creative. It's not like any other hip hop or rap CD either. It has that different flavor that everyone's looking for. If you could look past all the stuff he says and see that it's not supposed to be examined so deeply-its funny and good rap all in the same.
sro210284om 08/30/2000
Eminem has such a style with his words. His lyrical content can be disturbing at times but I do believe there is a reason for his madness. He discusses issues that many want to ignore or dismiss. He is an exceptional rapper and to an extent, an exceptional sociologist.
shas9972om 08/20/2000
i just got to say kim is the best song on the cd!
swee9650om 08/11/2000
I wasn't pleased with this CD, however it wasn't so bad that I couldn't finish listening to it. I think there are a couple of songs that are o.k. but for the rest I think they are awful! I was offended when he puts ICP down in two of his songs. I am suprised that he is that childish. I have a whole new veiw on him and how he wants to portray himself.
