Original and funny. Bill Murray and Dan Akaroid (did I spell that right?) rock! Love the fact that the evil monster at the end is a marshmallow guy.

I would give this movie 5 stars, but I'm over 12. It's still a good movie, though.

Another Bill Murray classic! Humor is a mix of slapstick and dialogue. The plot is a good one, and it is obvious why two more sequels were made plus the well-executed comic spinoffs. The remaineder of the cast is well-rounded and the laughs keep coming. Highly recommended!

I would'nt consider this movie funny, maybe corny. It was still an ok plot.

I'am quite embarrased to say that I was extremly disappointed with Ghostbusters. I just hated Bill Murray. He was so annoying and unfunny, and he thinks that he's god's gift to women or something. Rick Mornais was a total dweeb like his is in all of his movies, and Sigourney needs to get a life.

One of my all time favorates. I've seen this movie countless times and I still havn't seen it enough. The only reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 is b/c the villian at the end and pretty much the entire immediate climax was dumb. I ain't afraid of no ghost.

Ths movie is so funny! I think it's cute and reminds me of the 80s. I recommend it if you just want to have a good time. Also, the soundtrack rocks. I love Hot Night by Laura Branigan

O.K. Maybe if you're under 12, this movie deserves a higher rating, but I think you have to look at this as the beginning of the decline for Bill Murray. The funniest thing about this film is that the song, Ghostbusters, was actually a #1 hit on the radio. What was America thinking? Whoyagonnacall?
