Watching it as an adult years later, I find myself rather disliking Peter Pan: he seems to be a Neverland playboy for the mermaids and the Indian princess. Pretty racist characterization of the Indian chief, too.

A 3 for me. Not the best Disney movie, but not bad either. Some of the songs and characters can be forgettable. Hook is the real scene stealer in this film.

Peter Pan is okay but it is not one of Disney's best.  I think that the best character to come out of Peter Pan was Tinkerbell.

Great Disney release. Great rendition of classic children's character. Great movie for young and old.

This is a fun movie for kids, I especially enjoyed the crocodile. It's a good movie for the imagination, and the characters are unforgetable.

I love this movie so much!! It's a powerful, Imaginative story with lots of fun and Disney magic!!. It's highly recommended for anybody!!!

I wouldn't go so far as to call this one a Disney "classic", but it's got a certain charm. I put it just a level below Beauty and the Beast, Little Mermaid, Lady and the Tramp, Jungle Book, Cinderella, and the other real classics.

Quite good actually. Nothing new now, but back in 1953 or whatever, it was good. No complaints except I hate Peter Pan in it. I prefer Hook (1992), though. I'm not even going to BOTHER with Return To Neverland (2002). Summary: GOOD MOVIE THAT IS QUITE FUN.

I've always loved watching this one. Until recently I didn't realize how old some of these Disney movies are- "Peter Pan" came out in 1953! The animation quality is amazing and it's crazy to think that it was made 50 years ago without computers or anything. Other things I've noticed are that the same voice actor does the voices for Captain Hook and Mr. Darling and that when Wendy, Michael and John are thinking of "merry little thoughts" during their flight training, they mention mermaid lagoons, pirate ships, and Indians, I believe- all of which are in Neverland. So I suppose they kind of created Neverland to be what it was. Great movie (if you can get past that "If There's A Star in Your Heart" song that plays at the beginning credits that never ceases to disgust me) with a great message. It's got action, humor, everything.

Peter Pan is an OK disney movie. It isn't cute in anyway at all, and it was kind of graphic at some times for a Disney feature. It had a few good moments and a few memorable characters, but it pretty annoying.

Peter Pan's a classic story but the cartoon wasn't very captivating. It didn't have any good songs and not a great storyline. It's still pretty good though.

This is DEFINITELY the best Disney movie ever.
