This is probably the scariest film I have ever seen. I saw this at the theater when I was twelve years old and still to this very day I can't lay eyes or ears on Zelda! (I have had so many pre-pubescent nightmares about her, it's just not funny!!!) FYI: Zelda was really played by a man and , supposedly, was married to the woman who played Rachel! Weird, huh? This has got to be one of the most depressing movies ever made as well: drab colors, innocent creatures like cats and children are suddenly evil, and everyone dies in the end!(No virginal teenage heroines to carry us into the sequel!) I would definitely recommend this film to anyone who wants a good gloomy fright and who doesn't mind seeing a skeletal, yellow monster in the guise of a woman!

Pet Semetary is a pretty bad horror film, mainly because it never gets anywhere, and there aren't any killer pets in this movie. It's about a surgeon who loses his son when he is hit by a car, and they bury him at an indian burial ground, and he comes back as a slashing murderer. It's extremly bloody and really not what you'd expect from Steven King.

This movie is only scary in how unfrightning it is. I had to ask myself"Is this a horror movie or a sedative ?" This movie is slight fun if you have a few of the guys over and it is everyones first time seeing the movie. It has it's moments. But how in the hell did that little kid get his mother in the attic? The guy who plays the father and husband sucks and cannot act worth a crap. If you are by yourself you won't be scared of the movie you will be scared that you spent about five bucks to rent it. Now that's scary...

Only Stephen King can combine the Ramones with a horror movie and do it well. The movie is one of the scariest I've seen, i still shudder at Zelda. And hey, if you can't sit through the whole movie like i have over 30 times, then just watch the ending, scary,scary,bam!!,climax!!......Ramones! Best ending to a movie by far.

It was the scariest movie I ever saw. It had a totally original idea which still scares me to this day. Very good cast as well. That old man was really creepy.

I was scared at this movie. It seemed like it could really happen.

Scary and realistic. Good graphics. A horror classic. Story was good, and creepy from beginning to end.

Pet Sematary was okay. It is a freaky movie, and trippy how animals and people come back and the dad goes psycho. The movie is a classic, what 90% of people probably saw.

Best Stephen King movie ever made. I loved this movie. The story was awesome, and it was actually scary. I would recommend it to anybody.

It was OK, but really thrilling. I found it to be one of the scariest movies ever made. They could have had a jumpier plot though.

Pet Sematary was one of the scariest movies I have ever seen. I was afraid to drive home from my friend's house after watching it because I thought I would run over a cat! Very scary.

A bad adaptation, but it can be a lot of fun once you disassociate it from the novel.

This is a very creepy movie. I would definitly buy it for a scary movie night with a date or bunch of friends, but by yourself, and esspecialle when your tired this is a terrifying movie. I saw it when I was twelve and am still checking for Zelda sometimes. Verry scary, but as I said good with poeple.

This was also a great movie. It was kind of bad acting but the thought behind the movie was good. They went too far with Pet Sematary 2.

Too scary. Showed a dreadful strangeness about animals, although it did a good job to scare.

Not as good as the book, but I thought it was done well. So well in fact, that to this day I will sometimes get a little freaked out and tingly in my feet (I have that image of Gage under the bed slashing the old man's achilles' heal)..one of those freaky things you can't get out of your head..and then that innocent looking little demon saying I wanna play with YOU daddy yikes, something very freaky about that kid turned devil. King wrote a chilling book that adapted well to the big screen.

A very disturbing movie. I've seen it when I was eleven and some scenes really messed me up. This is one of those few horror movies that are really scary and most of all - disturbing. The sequel is not that good. Read the novel by Stephen King too (I enjoyed it even though I've seen the movie first).

An old, but good scary movie. Anything with kids as the main characters are usually pretty scary. The plot was original.
