Seeing it as a little girl,I really didn't like psycho, it was too freaky. But now I understand it better, and I think its great!!!

One of the greatest horror fils ever right behing the Exorcist. This film may not appeal to kids, who think horror should be nothing but special effects with lots of gore. The story is well written and most people can't forget the shower scene. Terrific horror movie, back in the day when horror films were well done

This movie was very interesting. I thought the plot was really creative. Alfred Hitchcock did a good job with this movie, and because of that he is one of my favorites.

This movie defined what scary movies should be like. Alfred Hitchcock was a genius for his time. He set the standard for these types of movies. The shower scene is and will always be the best scene in any movie. The way they made it was great.

This movie is the best horror movie I've ever seen! It isn't gory, but it is so creepy. The real effect is after the movie when you think back.

Inspired by Ed Gein, this movie is still very intense. The remake absolutely sucks!

Psychologically interesting. Scary and tense. Characters are interesting. I got into the main character. Could happen... ha!

Amazing how this movie holds up. The atmosphere alone makes it a "must see". Alfred was in top form on this one. A true classic.

What can I say... Hitchcock was a genius when it came to suspense and horror. Psycho is a masterpiece. This is as good as classic movies get.

Hitchcock was master of presenting the most important scenes and allowing the viewer to form their own opinions. As he did not have to show the murder, all he had to show was the shadows. And by doing this he actually made the scene scarier. There are somethings that will forever remain classics, and Hitchcock's Psycho is one of them.

I find most of Alfred Hitchcock's work to be masterpiece material. Psycho was a work of art and displayed the carnal nature that exists beneath the threshold of consciousness that often times flourishes in the overt actions of man.

Great movie. Such a revolutionary movie. It must be given praise simply because it set the stage for future horror movies.
