Back to the Future is one of my favorite movies and has become an American classic. The obvious problems and conflicts that arise with traveling back in time from 1985 to 1955 become obvious in Back to the Future. That whole idea of time travel is captured well. This is probably Michael J. Fox's best performance. Marty McFly, what a character. Him singing Johnny B. Goode back in the '50s is awesome.

this movie is the first one (i can remember) in which ads were inserted into the script. stuff like the calvin klein underwear and of course drinking pepsi. it was cleverly incorporated to seem important to the plot. and as we become more automated, i wonder, whatever happened to becoming borglike logic rather than becoming borglike moronic.

Back To The Future is a classic 1985 movie starring Michael J. Fox as Marty Mcfly, a young man who is sent in a time machine back into the 50's to see how his parents met and got married, and what life was like before they were eccentric.

The greatest movie that can still stand the test of time. It has adventure, comedy, a great cast (Michael J. Fox, Christopher Lloyd) and one of the first movies to use effects. It's sequels are fantastic too and it makes you wonder about your own future. THis is one of the most entertainiung films you will ever see in your entire lives. You can watch it again and again and NEVER get bored. Michael J. Fox's greatest films and if you havn't seen it, where have you been? A MUST C 4 ANY1!

Nice series, exciting plot, and good acting on the part of Michael J. Fox, who spices up the storyline. Adventures of the main character keep your eyes glued to the screen. Good costumes and makeup.

Great movie! One of the few trilogies I actually liked. The storyline kept it interesting, and it was very exciting to watch.

Great movie, I still remember the day I first saw it. I thought it was one of the best movies ever made, and still do. It had everything: suspense, humor, action, and great twists to the plot. Top of the line movie, good for every age group.

I was actually impressed by the effectiveness of the screen technology in this oldie but goodie. There were actually three of these movie if I recall. The wild west version was interesting. Time travel that includes an old DeLorean is always cool. Michael J. Fox is one of my favorite actors so he is always on top.

Michael J. Fox stars in this fine example of everything a movie ought to be. A great adventure, a love story, good music, the fifties, and enough smart little details to keep everyone excited.

This is such a great movie, one of the best of all time. Michael J. Fox is great in this movie adding a degree of humor and excitement to this all ready exciting movie. Christopher Lloyd is also hilarious as his zany experiments backfire on him. The story is great, making it one of my favorites of all time.

This movie is only for diehard sci-fi fans, although some of the comedy was pretty good, I can give much of any good comment of this movie, 1 thumb down to the ground.

This entire series, crafted by Robert Zemeckis has a flawless and fun storyline. It traces the adventures through time of Marty McFly and Doc Brown as they try to thwart Biff and his relatives in time. It has sophisticated humor, incredible sets and an adventurous soundtrack. It is a series that envelopes you in all of its fascinating plotlines and characters.

Best Michael J. Fox movie ever made. This movie made me want to buy a DeLorean. The sequels are just as good as the first.

I gave Back to the Future a 5 because I thought the concept of the movie was very original. I liked seeing how the creator perceived the future. My favorite out of the trilogy was the second one.

A classic that everyone has seen as a kid.

As times goes on, this movie gets lost in the discussions of great movies from the past 10-15 years, but it shouldn't. It takes an old theme (time travel) and makes it a part of an original story. I only wish they had stopped at this one and not done the two sequals.

Michael J. Fox at his goofy, likeable best. I think everyone in a weird twisted way would like to go back in time to see what their parents were like growing up (though not necessarily to have their mom hit on them). If you haven't seen this movie, I.... I can't believe that there is anyone who has not seen this movie.
