Great idea for job hunting, however, employers don't seem to respond or offer jobs related to my qualifications.

This site does not really help find employment for me or most people that I know of because the employers don't respond back.

This is a decent website. You can find a good amount of jobs, but most deal with people who have been in the industry and have a lot of experience. Not many entry level college grad jobs.

This site helps the "jobseeker" with posting resumes by providing a resume wizard and tips along with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

I don't know about their website, but I rated this a one because of their commercial. First, it's got little kids in it! Why do you need children to sell your thing ~ that is so lame and overdone! & Second (and most importantly), that commercial LIES and gives the impression that if you visit the website, you will find a good job w/ a future, and it just isn't so!

Somewhat confusing to do my resume. Also, very little employers called me as compared to Dice.com.

It's big and it gives you a good number of results on the searches.

This would be a great web site if it let you do one thing: let you upload your resume to the site. Otherwise it's too much work. It's huge database needs to be more accessible.

Monster.com is a good place to see what places are hiring but as far as sending your resume through to a company through Monster.com, good luck. First of all, most of the positions available are highly technical as well as senior positions. Not a good place for a media major with two years working expereince. It is a place to start getting in job hunting mode. You see what companies are hiring and if you go to their specific site, you can apply through there.

Monster.com is my favorite US based job site. I'm also impressed with the number of European job listings on the site, though German listings would be appreciated. Easily the best of the free employment sites.

I did not like the website at all. It's really difficult to use and it was not helpful.

This website is a great resource for finding a job or information about what various jobs require. I find that as a college student, it is helpful to see what different companies are looking for in a perspective employee.

More job listings than any other site. They are good listings but you have to know what you are looking for in order to get the most out of this site. Otherwise, you just end up searching aimlessly and getting frustrated.

Its very user friendly for first-time users.

Monster is better than other job sites. The general aspect of the pages is cleaner. It has more jobs. It allows one to email a reume straight to employers as attachment by providing the employer's email.

Has tons of jobs to search/browse through. I also found the job hunting strategies very valuable. Much easier to access than most job web sites.

The best thing about these guys are their commercials. "I want to work my way up to middle management" "I want to be forced into early retirement" "I want to be a yes man"
