Easy to navigate and break things down so that you can search for exactly what you're looking for and not have to sift through whether what you're looking at is on DVD or VHS or not you just put in the format you want and it gives the results for that format only! Excellent. Great prices and they have certain weekends where shipping is FREE! Can't beat it with a stick.

Buy.com is an excellent online retailer. They ship your items as quickly as possible and if they have problems, they make sure you know with easily comprehendible emails. If the itmes have many delays, they keep you posted with weekly emails. Items often arrive quicker than they say they will, too. More often than not, the prices cannot be beat.

The information on price matching is not well defined. There customer service is terrible. I tried to get a price match and never heard from them. I had to call and talk to two different people before finding out what happened and why it was denied. They also do not have a way to deactivate your account information if you never intend to deal with them again.

Awesome customer service and quick delivery

Finding what you want is easy at buy.com, but sometimes actually making a purchase is rather difficult. The first time I made a purchase here I kept getting error messages. I called their customer service center - the representative was very helpful - but I had to wait over 20 minutes to get through.
