I've had two very good experiences with Garden.com. Twice, I have purchased beautiful Bansai (sp?) trees for about $40, that were delivered to me in perfect condition. The second time there was a discount that was supposed to be applied that wasn't showing up, but I was able to use their live chat help desk, and while it was a little slow, i was able to get the problem taken care of on the spot. I would definitely recommend this service to others - it's a great, easy way to send cool, thoughtful gifts to people. And you don't have to get a Bansai tree, they have thousands of different kinds of plants.
