Great site...poor execution! They rely on the merchant to verify your purchase. Even though they issue you a tracking number it is meaningless. The tracking number, it seems is designed to make you feel secure that ebates is tracking your purchase...when in effect/reality, they are not. I have been a member for a long time and this is a big disappointment. I made a $2500+ purchase through eBates provided them with the tracking number and receipt and they told me that the merchant could not verify the purchase...Go figure. It seems they have the fox watching the hen house.

This is an awesome site. They have hundreds of merchants; from Nordstrom to Wal-Mart! I love getting money back for shopping, especially now that Christmas is coming!! I have also had positive experiences with their customer service department. Very helpful. eBates.com is a great place to go for all online shopping.

The concept for this site is in your face simple.
