Their fees are atrocious! I was charged for inactivity on my account and they also charged $25 per transaction. I told them I don't need those extra services that I never used before. I was doing fine with Suretrade until Q&R bought them and my account has dwindled since then. Closing my account required me to pay them $65!!! Now that's what I call ridiculous since I never wanted them in the first place. I was not an original customer, they just took my account from Suretrade. They suck!

Started charging service fees and terrible customer service. Would look elsewhere for discount broker. I never picked them; they acquired my account and started sneaking in these fees. Now all the cash is gone in the account! without ever getting a signed service agreement or providing notification.

There recent redesign has made overall experience very good. Speed of execution is good, connection reliability is good.
