Great service! Lots of access numbers in every area. I love using this on my laptop, as all the access numbers are stored on my pc, not a server I have to dial in to (like AOL or freei.net).

I am unable to give a good rating do to the fact that not one single free internet provider offers FREE service in the Mohave Valley area of Arizona. Therefore I give it a 1.

Sucks! Never connects properly. Waste of space on my display

For free access, its great. Sometimes it doesn't connect, which is annoying, and it doesn't let you store multiple access numbers, which is also annoying. Luckily, the Zeroport ad thing isn't as annoying as I thought it would be. And it definitely beats paying $20 or so a month.

I was paying $20/mo for a service that was time limited. Netzero offers a much better service, no time limits, faster more reliable connections, good customer support, so you have to click on an ad once in awhile, have found some great stuff that way.

This is a great service. Apart from saving me $20 per month, I get access speeds of 44K and up.

As advertised, always connects, though ad box is an annoiance
