09/18/2003 | possibly the greatest free ISP ever. I live in Eugene, Oregon and always connected on my first try, always connected at the highest possible speed with my old 56k-er. Built in chat was amazing. I met my spouse on it! Well ... no not really. the commercial bar was minimal too. You could set your monitor on the highest possible resolution and put the bar in the very corner, then resize your screen a little smaller, and the bar would stay there! Unbeatable service.

06/12/2000 | I like this product because it is free however there are some negative aspects: top banner for 24 hours, ads, too many questionaires, and freezes constantly.

11/28/1999 | FreeI.net is a very good Free ISP. I especially like the pager, chat, e-mail, shopping mall, and news that comes with FreeI. The ad banner doesn't get in the way, and I often connect at 48k, which is pretty good.
