It is very bad, e-gold staff is the worst service staff on the internet, also when you call them they are not cooperative, and if you are a moslim or an arabic person, they will let you lose your temper as you cannot sell or buy from your e-gold account and they keep asking you to update your data, and when you do that , they ask again and say this is wrong and that is wrong, and you update your data and give the correct informations with dokuments, but they refuse and at last they stop your account and write to you that your given informations is under review.
I don,t advise any moslim or arabic to deal with e-gold, the staff of e-gold don,t like us, not because we are bad people but because we are just moslims or arabic.
I am lucky because I didn,t put a big amount of money with e-gold, but even with a small amount of money they made me sick.
