Their pricing policy for shirt laundering is not specified and inconsistent. They advertise a single price of $1.85 per shirt but when you get your shirts back, they are in two groups. One group is priced at the base price (which has gone up to $1.99 per shirt but not advertised) and the other group is categorized as non-standard and charged $3.15 per shirt (155% higher than standard). They have no obvious standards for what a non-standard shirt is. I had gave them two shirts, exactly the same material (100% cotton) and brand (Lands End) but one shirt was green with blue stripes and the other was white with yellow stripes. The green with blue stripes was charged $1.99 but the white with yellow was charged $3.15. Why?
They do provide an email address but they don't respond to emails.
Since they included this ridiculous new pricing policy, you'll find your local cleaner is much cheaper.
