Walker's success demonstrates how prettiness is no sign of talent. Will Clark was more fun to watch, but Walker would be better on your fantasy team, no matter how ungainly he looked on the field.

I have to cheer for this guy, because he's Canadian. Best Canadian hitter ever, even though I am aware of how dubious an honour that is. Go Canada!!!

An amazing 5-tool player. You have to see him play day after day to appreciate what he does. A sure-fire hall of famer if he wasn't injured so often. And to think ---- he really wanted to play hockey (being a canuck and all).

One of the league's most underrated players. This guy hits a ton and no one notices, how sad. Excellent form in his swing when he's not injured.

Even though he plays in a hitters ball park, when he stays healthy he is the best left handed hitter in the national league

10 years from now, people are going to look back at this guy's stats and wonder why he wasn't considered among the league's greats. If statistics were a true reflection of reality, there would be a little asterisk next to Walker's numbers which says "Played at Coors Field."
