I managed to drop my 2008 15" MacBook Pro about 4' onto a concrete floor, where it landed on the left-front edge, denting the base and the screen housing. <Insert expected screams and cuss-words here>.With a terrible sinking feeling in the pit of my stomach, I opened it to see that the upper-left corner of the glass screen was crushed and there were spider-cracks running across most of the display. When I powered it up and tested it, everything was still working! So I used SuperDuper! to back it up then I took it to the Apple store at the first available appointment, which was that Saturday.The Genius quoted me $1240 plus tax (their policy is to rebuild them when damaged like this, he said). I wasn't keen on completely refurbishing it so he handed me a business card for iResQ, whom I'd never heard of before, and suggested I try them.Anyway, on Saturday night, I signed up online with iResQ for replacement of the screen and housing assembly, including 3-way overnight shipping for $774. I got an email acknowledging my order, and another when the shipping box was sent to me. The box arrived on Tuesday. I filled out the work order and shipped the laptop out at 5:30 pm. On Wednesday, I got an email that they received the laptop.On Thursday, I got an email that they had completed repairs and shipped it back to me.It is Friday now and I'm using my MacBook to write this review! WOO HOO!!Besides the relatively small dent in the base, the laptop looks like new and works perfectly. I will definitely use iResQ for any Apple repairs in the future and I would highly recommend them to others. Great work, fast handling, and a good price! Thanks, iResQ!

My first contact with iResq was by phone... a very helpful explanation of their service options. I proceeded to request a three way overnight shipper to have a dead iPod nano evaluated for repair… I was promptly notified via email when the nano was received, and received a phone call the next day to give me the details and cost for repair… iResq tested the components and repaired only the necessary parts… and then they returned the repaired nano in just a few days, notifying via email when it shipped back to me… Great service….Very professional…Delivered exactly as promised. this current repair on an ibook is the 4th time in the last year that i have had to use IRESQ as my kids love the Apple products yet are very careless. the service is the best and i feel that anyone that needs anything done to an Apple product should trust these guys as they are EXPERTS and very reasonable

The screen on my MacBook cracked when I closed it with my finger in it! SAD but true! I tried to use it for over a year by moving my messages all over the screen so I could read them without the crack obscuring the messages. It was a pain but I didn't want to buy a new computer. I'd taken it into Best Buy and they told me it couldn't be fixed and I'd have to buy a new one! NOT!Anyway, after complaining to my "computer wizard" and "techy" son he suggested iResQ.I checked on line and found the prices to be affordable but had some questions so I called the toll free number. I wasn't put on hold for a long time and actually talked to a real person who could speak English and who was very kind and understanding. In this day and age of automation that was a plus!Since I'm pretty frugal I didn't want to pay extra for them to send me a box but they emailed me a label for the package and I sent it UPS on a Thurs. This was over a 3 day holiday weekend so I wondered how long it would take before it was returned. I was able to track it all along the way and had great communication via email from iResQ. Great communicators!I like coupons so when I saw they sometimes offer coupons I asked how to get one and Mick offered me $6 off. That really got my attention as I like to use coupons and get discounts when they're available. That "winds my clock" and makes it more fun! My MacBook was back in my kitchen on the following Friday AM as good as new! That's only 8 days and remember that was over a 3 day weekend. When I watched the UTube video on the intricate surgery needed to replace a screen I was very impressed that they could operate on it and return it the same day! Now I look forward to being able to chat with my grandkids on Skype without them having a crack in their faces. They're way too cute to only be able to see part of them! Recently, a student dropped a school MacBook, breaking the screen. A web search led me to iResQ. I had a brief conversation with one of the technicians explaining the details of the damage and decided to give them a try. I was thrilled with their service. I shipped my iPod on Friday and was talking to a technician Monday morning. "Three Way Overnight" is the only way to go. Sorry to say my iPod wasn't repairable and I had it back Tuesday afternoon. Would definitely do business with iResQ again.

My local Apple dealer recommended IResQ to me after I dropped my unibody MacBook and shattered the glass. Sending my Mac all the way to Kansas was quite a leap in trust- both in the overnight carriers and also in IResQ, a company I hadn't heard of before. I'm thrilled that I did! Because for $200 the problem was completely taken care of. Everything was flawless, from the timing of the deliveries to the repair of my glass screen. It's great having a reliable solution when damage occurs to my Apple products. Highly recommended!

I had an iPhone 3g that had a smashed screen(it got ran over) but amazingly enough it still worked. I work 15 miles away from iResQ and dropped my phone off with them at 8:30 am. Eventhough I had no appointment I walked right end filled out a form and by 2:00pm they called and said it was ready to go. The cost was $101 with tax and it looks as good as new...WHEW!!! These guys are quick and professional and upfront with the charges. AWESOME.

This is the 2nd time I went through iResq. My wife's Macbook's screen suddenly was only displaying on one side, the other side was dead. I called the Mac store and they said it would cost on the cheapest side approx $300 if the defect was due to the laptop & not our fault such as dropping it on the ground, etc. The other rate was $700 which was the rate we'd probably fall in knowing my luck though it didn't or anything. Anyway, I checked iResQ because earlier my wifes iphone battery needed to be replaced and they did the job for a good price & delivered quickly. The customer service people are so nice and explain everything clearly. The one I spoke to was Drew and he explained what I could do. He's a nice guy, so I went ahead and placed the order on 11/2/09. I received an email last night with a UPS tracking #. They already fixed and sent it. I should be receiving it today! When i called they gave me the estimate initially that I've i choose the overnight both way option that i'll receive it by Thu 11/5/09... Well I'm receiving it even earlier! How many companies do you know that give you an estimate for a day and your product ends up coming 1 day earlier? I thought so, NONE! The amazing thing is the company is in Kansas and I'm in Los Angeles and usually anything we order comes later due to the distance, but not with iResQ!This company really does what they say they do, and I'm usually skeptical but I have gone through them TWICE. If they were on the stock market, I'd invest!Good luck all and don't think twice about sending your defected products here! They are better, cheaper and provide great quality!- Imran

This company repaired my MacBook screen in the span of a long weekend, sent me a box first (so I could send my laptop worry free!) and they were the most inexpensive company I could find. I was quoted $500 by several companies, but iResQ fixed my computer for less than half of that. Also, they sent me e-mails through the whole process so I could know where my laptop was at all times. Really, this is a wonderful company and I would recommend them to anyone that needs fast, accurate and easy repair.

I was very impressed with the professional service and repair work preformed. I first found iResQ on the Internet and sent a broken screen for an iPod, they did such a good job for a very fair price when my 15 year old son broke the digitizer on his iPhone I sent it to them for replacement, and we received great service again. iResQ was great-so much good stuff to say about them! Here's my story (sorry it's a bit long):The LCD screen on my MacBook Pro was busted, and I went to the Apple Storeto see if they would fix it, and they said it would cost about $750. I felt that was ridiculousand so I waited to see what other options might open up. Fortunately, I was still ableto use my computer because a good friend gave me a chord to connect to the tv, but I stillwanted it fix. A month later, a computer savvy friend found this company (iResQ) and suggested I check them out-even though they hadn't used them before. I was a bit skeptical at first, especially since I wasn't too familiar with them and they were in Kansas while I'm in the NE and I didn't really want to ship my computer. However, I researched them, they seemed legit, so I called them up, created my order and everything worked out great. I sent my package out early Monday afternoon, they received it Wednesday, sent it back overnight (talk about QUICK SERVICE!), and I received it late Thursday morning. They saved me almost $400 for the service and even saved money with shipping charges (they sent me a label for me to send it in and then sent the computer back overnight). On top of that, they even bought my used iPod for a very good price!! Their customer service was great-they answered my questions, were very nice and respectful and were very punctual-they sent me emails to know that computer was received, sent the UPS tracking items and my receipt/confirmation promptly, etc-and my computer works fine now! I really don't have anything negative to say about them except that I wish they were bigger so that they would provide even more services! Okay, so I was kinda being sarcastic there, but hopefully you get the point: I highly recommend them and I only hope they get better and bigger in the future and I wish them all the best! I had my Ipod Nano battery replaced and received outstanding service. E-mails were sent detailing updates and shipment information. Turn around time was just a few short days, and I was back in business. I would highly recommend this to anyone needing IPod battery replacement.

Excellent service. Fixed My Iphone to almost brand new. By that I mean the operation of it, it still has the normal wear and tear on the back and sides. The LCD was bad and the sound was not working. Sent it in on the Wednesday of Thanksgiving. They were closed Thursday and Friday. They received it Tuesday. Called me with the repair costs, same day. Fixed it that day and shipped it out that day. Received it today, which would put it at 1 week and 1 day with Holidays and weekends. Awesome is all I can say.Thanks IResQ you helped me out.Joel

This place is A JOKE!!! I sent my iphone 3gs to iResQ to have the glass fixed and they broke my logic board, my phone worked, it just had a broken screen but it worked fine. They charged me $100.00 to fix my screen, and after they broke my logic board, they wanted me to pay $400.00 to replace what they broke, so they are sending me a check for $150.00 so they can keep my phone and fix it and sell it to someone else for God knows how much. I STRONGLY suggest you send your broken iphones to Apple to get it repaired, because they told me to not tell Apple my screen had been broken and try to have it fixed under my warrenty. That sounds dishonest and like bad business to me, I will be calling Apple and letting them know what iResQ suggested I do after they broke my phone. Now I have to go buy another iphone to replace what this company broke. Do yourself a favor and use Apple only!!!!

Props to the folks at IResQ! They not only did what they promised but they also gave us an honest assessment of our MacBook issue, which saved me over $250! Instead of an entire display replacement we only needed some board or thingy thing. Nonetheless they could have easily replace the entire display as we had prepaid for it. Very great service and price! I live in Maryland and got 2 iPod batteries replaced in under 3 days!!! At first, I almost went with another company and it would've cost me about as much as iResQ's special $89 duel battery replacement deal. You can't beat that price that even includes the shipping! My wife took our MacBook Air on a trip and somehow managed to bend the corner while it was closed in the backpack. It didn't cause any damage to the motherboard but the top right corner of the screen began to lose pixels until the entire top of the screen was black. Both the lower right corner below the keyboard and the top right corner of the screen were bent and separated. After shipping it to iResQ they inspected it and said the screen replacement was all that was actually needed. They said that they could replace the entire case to fix the bent corners if we wanted to or just leave them alone since it was only cosmetic damage. The case replacement was almost $700 so we passed.We received the repaired MBA the other day and I could not be happier with the repairs they made. I expected the screen repair to be done well, but I certainly didn’t expect the case damage to be fixed. Both the top and bottom corners are almost perfectly re-aligned and the only traces of the previous damage are a few dimples. iResQ provided service above and beyond my expectations.

I have had several repairs with them for the same iphone. the phone always came back fixed, but with a new problem. the last time I sent it in, they told the insurance company squaretrade that I had chipped the screen and my insurance was null and void. My phone had no chips, I think they just could not fix it and did not want heat from squaretrade regarding redo work. Very disappointed.

I broke the LCD screen on my white macbook 13'3 on Thursday night. I saw their eBay auction of a replacement LCD screen on Friday. With the help of UPS Next Day Air and Saturday Delivery, iResQ got the LCD screen to me on Saturday morning. I was then able to repair my macbook following instruction video similar to the one iResQ provide.I will look here first if I need anything else in the future.NX

I walked in to iResQ to have my iPhone, which displayed nothing but a "white screen," repaired. That very same day my phone was repaired and ready to pick up that evening. That was incredible service at a very reasonable cost (even though I forgot to use my $5 off coupon). My phone is used for my company business and I couldn't afford to be down for long. They repaired my iPod gen 4 with a new screen and re seated the control button my iPod looks and feels new. I don't know what else they fixed but it seems to have at least 25% more volume now. I can't say enough about them. I will say I wish I had paid to ship it to them myself, perhaps I could have saved a little bit. but overall S&H reseating the button, replacing the faceplate and whatever other tweaks they did, $55. I can't recomend them enough. THANK YOU iResQ

I fell and cracked my screen on my macbook. Everyone told me it would be around $500 to replace. A friend referred me to IRESQ and they fixed it for half the price!! They also replaced the hinge (for an additional fee) but they did call me to verify the extra service I placed on the work order. Very easy to use website and fast service despite the Thanksgiving holiday. I would definitely use them again. I did the prepaid shipping and they emailed me the labels. I just printed them and took them into a UPS store. Great service very efficient.

I spilled water on my MacBook and the apple store told me they could repair it for $750-800. Luckily I went to iResQ and they repaired everything for $300! They returned my MacBook in perfect condition within 3-4 days. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

These guys did great work on my 1st gen iPod Touch. I had pretty much resigned myself to getting a new one, but the new battery that they installed did the trick. Also, the service was incredibly fast. I sent it to themvia UPS on Monday afternoon, and had it back by Wednesday noon. They do great work! I’d recommend them to anyone who needs iPod repairs.

I called iResQ because my ipod went dead. The person who answered the phone was very nice and we worked out the best way to proceed. They determined that my battery was dead and that would take care of the problem. We talked about other possible things to replace but he said that my ipod was in good shape and should be fine. Quoted $800 to replace my macbook display at an Apple Store and Iresq did it for $200. Great service for a great price. There are a lot of third party sites you could send your computer to, but I would only send mine to Iresq - they are apple certified. Plus, I shipped my computer Wednesday morning and got it Monday afternoon. Talk about service.

sent my phone in on monday (overnight w/ tracking), thier website states that it will be repaired the same day it is recieved and shipped that same day with over night shipping. Well, its Thursday evening and I still have no phone so, I called and the girl said that it was still being repaired so I asked her to make certain, after she returned she stated that she put my ipod (its an iphone) in the techs hands and he would start the repairs! They have had it for 3 days! and the are just starting the repair! F@#$ iResq!

The folks at iResQ are great. They have now repaired my iPhone...twice. Both times were my fault. Saved me from having to shell out another $199 to Apple for another iPhone.My local Apple store recommended iResQ after I broke the docking port on my iPhone. Apple said they didn't repair iPhones, but said "off the record" these guys might be able to help. I can't say enough about iResQ, for less than $50 (including overnight shipping), they repaired it and returned my phone in the same week. I had no idea there were places that repaired iPhones. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using iResQ.

There are so many "companies" doing this service, but iResQ has great customer service and a turnaround time that will blow your mind. Sent my iPhones in looking like they were run over by a car and now they look like new.
