I was shopping with my husband in a shopping mall in Tucson yesterday and we were looking around many stores in the mall. and I was interested in two of shirts that were worn by Mane kin in show window and wanted to try them on. However, there were no extra stock for them and the shirts in the show window were the only one they had for them. and the manager of the store told my husband, " we don't have those shirts for extra and you can't take them out ! " with very rude behavior , then she left from us. We were just shocked to see her bad behavior and I wanted to ask her why they can not take them out, what is the meaning for those items if they can not sell. There are price tags in the clothes. Even if they can not sell those items, she could be more nice to us. No need to be rude. But my husband stopped me not to ask them anymore and told me that we should not spend any money in this store. and I agreed with him. Then we went to another store " Express ". If Forever 21 was a hell, Express was like a paradise. All the shop sellers in Express were very friendly and helpful and nice and also Express's item's materials are better with not much difference prices from forever 21. For this reason, We will never go to Forever 21 anymore.

I made one purchase for 3 tops. I should have tried everything on, but I didn't, (almost EVERY store will return or exchange an item if you have a sales receipt and the tag.) I didn't like how one top looked on me, so I wanted to get a refund. Of course I had the receipt and tag. Big waste of time. The sales associates are rude, told me the sweater smelled funky when it had only been in their bag, and would not give me my money back. I asked for a customer service number, and was told that customer service is only online. Nowhere on their website is a link to contact customer service. I told them I would never be shopping there again, but it's so obvious they don't care at ALL about customer service. I hope they go out of business.

I recently visited the local forever21 store and found a top that I was interested in purchasing. Unfortunately they no longer had the size I needed, so I wrote down the item number and went online to order the top in my size. I had no problems placing the order and received notification emails when my order was processed and shipped. It took about a week before I received it, which isn't too bad. Before I removed the tag on the top, I did a thorough check to make sure there weren't any loose strings, rips, or holes. I was dissapointed to find several small holes (slightly smaller than a pea) throughout the top--two on a sleeve, one on the back and one on the side. I immediately called the forever21 customer service and was able to talk to someone about returning the top. Since the item was defective, I will be able to get a refund and a reimbursement on the shipping cost to send it back. I would not give forever21 five stars for the quality of their clothes but I settled on a three since the clothes are inexpensive and somewhat stylish. Since trends are rapidly changing, I guess it's not expected that the clothes will get much wear out of them...but that just my opinion.

Beware, I purchased a e-gift card for my girlfriend, thinking I could print it off and she could take it to the mall with her, and found out via an email confirmation, that it could only be used for online purchases. It was not made obvious through the purchase that this was the intended use. I then called customer service who was rude and would not allow me to speak with any supervisor. Their answer was that they can't and won't try to do anything. I will never let my money be spent with this company again!

Forever 21 needs to change their name to Forever closed.

Every piece of clothing I've ever purchased from Forever 21 has either lost a button or actually ripped...and not even on a seam. They really pull you in bc it's eye candy for the shopper looking for a specific colored top (everything is color coordinated). I feel like if they just made their clothes a little nicer, that older, trendy shoppers would buy more from there. I guess the store is really geared for teenagers who don't have a ton of money anyway. What keeps them coming back though? I mean, if every shirt is ripped in half in 2 weeks why would you go back? Dissappointed

I'd rather give this store no stars at all. Yeah, it has cute trendy clothes for cheap, but isn't it frustrating when a button falls off, or something rips and then you go to get your money back and you can only get store credit, causing you to buy more of their damaged clothing? How about when you go into the store? Does anyone greet you, ask you how you are doing, or if you need any help? The only time they've probably done that is when corporate came for a visit. Trust me, I worked for this company once and I was the only one who was ever greeting customers, manily because the other employees weren't trained well by the managers. I was sick once, and they told me I needed a doctors note. I was never aware of the "sick policies" and was never given an employee handbook when hired, even when I ASKED if there was an employee handbook. Employees can't exchange or return anything they buy. Total rip-off if you ask me. Working there is crap. Shopping there is crap. The end.

I really like the prices and the varitiy but the way it looks i feel like it could induce a seizure. Its all over the place with colors and patterns. kinda scary....it looks like a clearence rack at kmart.
Christinabell 05/09/2007
cheap clothing, horrible exchange policy and buttons have fallen off anything I have ever bought from this store! I am no seamstress! NEVER AGAIN!
opal1971 04/25/2007
I would say in general their clothes are only suitable for thin teenagers.
tricia353 03/20/2007
How fast are they on shipping? just wondering
TinkPink16 03/12/2007
WOW i love Fovever 21! their clothes are soooo cute and for good prices! They have all the latest trends and fashion styles! I really enjoy shopping their and can't wait to ge to the mall to shop more!
samiam00001 01/26/2007
I just received my first order from Forever 21. I ordered two thermal shirts, in the same size. One shirt is about twice as big as the other shirt. The fabric on the normal-sized shirt is so shabby it looks like it will fall apart the minute I put it on. If I hadn't just wasted money, I'd be laughing at these ridiculous shirts right now.
epizzle21 09/26/2006
I hate this store...they girls in the store are seriously too into themselves. They need to loosen up a little and do their job, instead of standing up at the desk!!!
markk 09/10/2006
really rude sales people in the Cherry Creek Mall. Will never go back.

They make cute clothes. The designs are repetitive but the textiles are good. I don't see what the fuss is about sizing though; it fits just right. The store is organized by color, making it easier to find stuff. Only downside is that all purchases are final. But if they didnt' do that they'd go out of business. Their clothes are already dirt cheap, and b/c it's tailored for the high school market they need that insurance. eh, i'll continue to shop there.

Beware when buying from Forever 21 Online! I made a purchase with my debit card and received no order confirmation. The money was still taken out of my account. I figured it was an online glitch and called to get it squared away. No one picked up. I called again. No one! And again and again and again! I ever tried their coporate phone number --- same thing! I was very excited to make my first purchase from this company because they do make cute clothes but I am deeply dissapointed in their customer service tactics! I still have not received a refund, much less a customer service representative to speak with. Disgusting customer service.

If I could put a half-star I would. I used to work for this company and our store policies are complete crap. You can't exchange damaged or worn clothing and you can't get your money back at all. Employees are not even allowed to bring back their clothes. Our cheap accessories are final sales. On top of that Forever 21 was in a legal battle that lasted about 3 years over alleged sweatshops.

Cheap & Trashy clothes.

Complete crap, don't waste your $$.

This store has the cheapest, most ill-fitting clothes I have ever had the experience of wearing.....very tacky.
jessica thinder 08/03/2005
i give it a rating of a 3 because there clothes designs are good but dont always look good on the person wearing it...
veenat 07/19/2005
If you want to try a trendy piece you may wear once or twice, and not pay a lot for it, this is a good store. But don't count on getting anything long wearing here.
BOODAH 04/14/2005
their clothes are nice. but they don't like to hire new people
sassynunique 04/07/2005
Forever 21 is a great shop you are loking for a top that you will wear just a couple of times and if you want it to look classy and expensive. The only problem is that the quality of the clothes is the best but as you see from the store's prices, you won't expect them to be fantastic. Some of the evening tops look similar to those of such names as 'chanel' and 'gucci' but they aren't the best quality.
kamylienne 11/02/2004
They get a bonus for having clothes in my size, at least. I call this the That's SO five minutes ago! store--they're constantly getting in new stuff, which is great; if I don't like what's in today (which is likely), I can wait a day and they'll have something new in tomorrow to choose from. Literally. Every time I pass by it, they've got new stuff just put up or they're in the process of rotating it. It might just be the one that I go to, but hey, it's just eerie. Quality is, eh, well, okay. Prices are comparable to other clothing stores. Eh, it'll do.
