OMG!!! I don't think I've ever been so unsatisfied with a company in my life! Why is there not an option for NO STARS!!! A 1 is being way too nice.

I purchased a virgin mobile phone with a $30 minute pack yesterday. I bought the phone for my kids to take with them on their weekly trips to our neighborhood park in case of an emergency, etc.

Well, I spoke with a representative last night who supposedly activated the phone...but after trying to place a call I received an error message that the phone was not registered. I've been on the phone today with customer service again. They ran me through the same ol' steps trying to activate the phone. After a complete waste of time, I told the representative that I will just return the phone and I wanted to cancel the account. She then transferred me to a guy in "customer support" who was a complete joke. He ran me through the same hoops once AGAIN and with no evail, the phone still doesn't work.

He proceeded to tell me that there is no known issue of why they can't get my service activated. I then tell him that I want to be reimbursed for the minute pack that I purchased ($30). He literally chuckled and told me there was no process in place for that. That was just the beginning. He proceeded to be rude and condescending.

I can honestly say that this one representative has ruined my views for the entire company. He was blatently rude, and that's being nice. If this guy was standing in front of me, you would have seen me on CNN in the back of a police car.

I guess virgin mobile purposely doesn't have a "process" in place of refunding customers for minute packs that don't work so they can screw people out of money. I mean, they already have their money...they don't care if I'm out $30. With the economy the way it is, it's sad that a cell phone company takes advantage of people like this.

I guess I can be glad that it's only $30...but it's more of the principle. When I purchase a product, I expect it to work. If it doesn't I expect a working replacement or a TOTAL refund.

I would NOT RECOMMEND virgin mobile to anyone!!!

Overall, worst company! virgin mobile has the worst customer service! I was placed on hold for 40 minutes only to be redirected to another person for whom i had to wait another 20mins before they had picked up. once i finally got to speak to someone they were so incompetent that they had to put me on hold to speak to a supervisor...and this had me waiting for another half an hour. i had asked for the contact number of the store in which i had bought my phone, she put me on hold for another 20 minutes, when she returned she simply said that her system could not do such a search...Why did it take 20minutes to tell me that? Not only was i sold a phone on false pretense (the customer service representative told me that i had 20 days and 20 minutes to use the phone and if i wasnt happy with it, i can return everything free of charge)...UM NOOOOOOO!! there were hidden fees and when i spoke to the girl again, she immediately denied saying such statements and immediately lost her friendly demeanor...guess it was just a selling tactic. overall, there were nothing but horrible experiences with virgin mobile

The worst company ever! I hate giving them money at all but I need to have a cell phone and hate to pay the high fees with at&t etc.. I had to call them 6 times last weekend due to being hung up on to finally get someone who thought they knew what they were doing. Its a week later and the problem with activating my phone still has not been solved. Had to call them 4 times today, due to being hung up on, and still the problem is not solved. I give up. One lesson I learned is that you get what you pay for... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I think Virginmobile is great. My fiance and I have been using it for over a year with no problems. we opted fot their prepaid pland with unlimited nites and weekends and unlimited tx as well as 600 day mins for 69.99 a month. coverage is fairly good but that part is not really up to them since they run on sprints pcs network so in someplaces sprints coverage is not great. overall the service suits me quite well since I dont have to have a contract wich i just cant stand. I had verizon wireless for 4 years and it was nothing but trouble with the service and billing. When i wanted out I had to pay an early termination fee. RIDICULOUS. with virgin mobile i can leave them anytime with no hasles....i love it.

ok if you need to call their customer service, good luck to you! It takes forever to get to a live person and the darn prompt nderstands everything wrong! They play awful loud music while you wait and the customer service people are extremly rude, the worse I have ever seen or delt with. I had to call 3 times to get a double charge reversed! great coverage and texting service, but again awful customer service.

so, i call customer service 3 times to ensure that my son can use virgin in peru-oh yes, i was assured all three times-no problem-so i get the phone, minutes, and then call-i can't use it overseas! i call customer service again, (they're in Manila, by the way) and get exactly the same runaround as everyone else has on this site-they didn't care, they took no responsibility for what their reps told me, and just basically said too bad. well, I'm not rolling over, I'm contacting richard branson-80 bucks might not be much for him, but it gets two tanks of gas for me, and i'm not just handing it over to virgin without a major fight. fcc, here we come

Last week I tried to top up my "pay as you go" Virgin phone through their website but somehow my credit card was expired and needed to be updated. Try to update the expiry date through their website however I could only get the "Oops..." error message. So I figured I'll wait a couple of days as I only use this phone for emergencies. Tonight I try, but again, only get the "Oops..." error message. So I called Virgin helpdesk so that my card can be updated so that I can finally top up my phone. After telling the representative my credit card number and its new expiry date and after waiting a couple of minutes I am told that there is something wrong with my card and that I needed to call my credit card company. I indicate to her that I am sure there is nothing wrong with that card as I have used it several times prior to calling them. Anyway I called the credit card company and to my surprise???... not only that my card was OK but as well just in the last couple of minutes prior my call, two consecutive amounts of $28.00 were charged from Virgin to my credit card???? I called Virgin back indicating to them the above mention and talked to the supervisor. This is an OBVIOUS mistake of their own. I only asked to delete that extra $28.00 as this was an obvious mistake. But no...first it has to show on my invoice and then they'll have to investigate.

If you go to most store and get mistakenly charged twice for something like groceries or a shirt you get re-imbursed on the spot. Why does it have to be so different when the customer is not dealing with the sale rep in person. Maybe because a mad customer cannot be seen by others as inside a store and therefore is not as damaging. However, I hope my written words carry some weight to warn others about Virgin Mobile.

Okay, so they made me want to trash my phone. . . .and I hadnt even made a call from it. I spoke to some of the rudest people. The Customer service people where a joke. I bought my phone through the Virgin Mobile website. It was free with the purchase of 19.99 airtime minutes. I thought that was a great deal, so I bought it. I got my phone in three business days, which is great. Activated it, no problem. But, instead of showing a balance of 19.99, I had a 0 balance. So I called up to see what was going on. I spoke to a women who was just awful. She told me I had bought my phone at Walmart. I told her she was incorrect, and that I had emails, from Virgin Mobile to prove this, and that I would like to speak with a Supervisor. This woman began to argue with me, telling me that I was wrong, that she had proof showing I bought it at Walmart. I had to ask her 8 times to speak to a supervisor, which she finally transferred me to once I was yelling into the phone. Yes, I definitely had to yell to speak to a supervisor. I got some guy, who told me that they could not help what the account said, and asked for my order number. He place me on hold. . . .and the next thing I got was a busy tone. My guess, he hung up on me. I called back, again asked to speak with a super. I was placed on hold, and my phone died. I got to a land line, and called again. I spoke with a girl named Amanda, and asked her to speak with a super, she asked what was wrong. Then said oh, never mind I see the notes in the file, please hold while I transfer you. The super I got was AMY. . . and she is the only reason I have anything good to say about Virgin Mobile. She was polite, listen to my problem, ran numerous searches for me to see what had happened. In the end, she credited my account the 19.99. She was GREAT, and managed to even change my thinking about this company. If she had a direct line I would post it. . . .Yes I did ask, and no she doesnt. Too Bad. . .

Worst mobile phone company I have ever been with!!! No stars, no stars!!!

Terrible customer service, nothing but problems and rude or clueless staff. Overpriced bills - with no reason, as each time I ask why I've been charged extra I'm told "sorry our systems are down." Every time I try to check my account online I get the infuriating message "Ooops we're having technical problems." Now they've blocked my phone number when I've changed my number over to a different network..completely useless and a waste of good money.

Too bad I can't give these slime a 0 star rating because that's what they deserve.  They have the second worst automated phone system I've ever seen (alltel has the worst).  It takes forever to get a live person, and when you do it will be some idiot who has no interest in helping you. If you want to have a little fun with their automated phone system tell that idiotic hip hop urban black female voice they use on it to go phuq herself.  It will hang up on you.  I found out after telling the b1tch that out of desperation.  It's also kind of hard to even find their phone number on their site these days.  I guess it's because they suck so bad.

when i 1st heard about vm having free nights & weekends, i didnt belive it. i need that because all my family is back in jersey. well i finally got the phone & loved it. it only took me about 1hr 2 get the phone activated & working. when u call u must say u want the plan that offers free nights & weekends. so what i did was purchesed a total of $70.00 in prepaid mins from walmart, when they were activating the phone i told them i wated 2 go w/ the 600 min plan w/ free nights & weekends which was 59.99. & that was it. i got 600 anytime mins, & free nights starting @ 7pm. all weekend long is free. the only reason i left vm is because i was going w/ dsl & needed a home phone. i will go back 2 them now that i have my internet w/ cable. but yes, vm is the best

I've used VM since 9/2006 and have been more than satisfied. My buddy has used VM even longer, using it at two residences (MI and NC).

IMHO, Virgin Mobile is an example of creative, affordable technology at its best. Perhaps I'm just lucky living in a good cell service area here in Western Michigan. There are occasional glitches like you have even with your land line, but never dropped calls or static. The quality level is absolutely reliable.

Admittedly I only use it a few times per week, but for $6.95 per month, $0.10 per minute, and no contract, how could you possibly do better?

Thanks to the entire VM organization.

Ohkay, the only reason there is a star up there, is because there is no star button. This is the worst phone company ever! I got my phone first on my 11th birthday. I thought it was the most "exciting" thing ever. OH NO. It took freaking 5 days to just activate the thing! We were on the phone with the people for hours every day. And, they even hung up on us a few times. It sucks. Then, .18 cents/per minute. Worst price, ever! They rip us off. And, I am a HUGE texter, and for unlimited texting, its 20$. For, just 1000 messaeges its 10$! I use that up in like 5 days; so bad thing there. They are also way too high priced on everything. They charge you when your looking at ringtones and everything, JUST WHEN YOUR LOOKING! Even if you don't buy anything. And they charge you every day for a ringback tone. Its really stupid. This phone company is just extremely, horrible, and have the most incredibly rudest workers. I do not recomend this phone company to anyone! (&They have really crappy--plastic phones that break easily.)

Worst ever.

PAY as you go phone review...
Virginmobile is trying to get your money! be careful! you get a 1000 minutes card for 50$ thinking that you will have these minutes by entering the pin number but NOOOO! there is another step you need to follow. you have to pick voice minute package which is not among any of the instructions. if you do not pick that plan, you are paying 20 cents a minute. You call them and they do NOTHING about it. The people are extremely rude and they even hang up on me! they also threaten you by saying that your call is monitored?!?! Never ever use their services for pay as you go phones... My rating is 0 which is not one of the options!

Virgin Mobile is just a another corporation that truly does not care about their customers. I bought a phone from them and it didnt work, They sent me out a new phone and when i mailed the broken phone back to them (in their special packaging) they claimed they never received it. Then Virgin Mobile suspended my phone services for two weeks and I finally had to pay them 99.99 to turn my service on and it is still going to take another 3-5 days to get my phone turned on, "because they departments aren't connected" Just another big company with a lot of big run arounds.

Best of prepaid services. The only one that WANTS prepaid customers. The others internally call prepaid 'whores and deadbeats.'  Prepaid is for people who use the phone only when traveling and for emergencies. Virgin costs $20 once every three months, and they will charge your credit card automatically. The others will not; if you forget to renew, they (others) keep the money in your account and make you start over. If your balance runs low, Virgin will 'top up' automatically; most of the others will not.

In ten years, I've never had to call customer service. I do everything online.

Virgin is not a good choice if you use the cell phone every day. The service does not work in analog territory, even though the phone has analog electronics.

I bought my phone from a kiosk in the mall, thinking wow what a great deal, no activation fees, and they seem to not want to rip off their customers! Well, when I got home and looked online I found out that the highest text package a prepaid customer can get is only 100 messages for $5. This works out to about 5cents a message sent. I used it up in less than 5 days and then I was charged 15cents per sent message after that. None of my friends use Virgin and I'm not going to try to get them to buy one just so I can get 5cents a message. Anyway what I'm most ticked off about is that they don't offer an unlimited text package for prepaid customers. I'm a big texter and found this extremely disappointing. I was going to return my phone until I saw the receipt said that I need to return the packaging unopened (?!) and that I can't get the money I topped up with back (which I guess is a normal cell phone company policy). Their rates are very confusing and their FAQ section doesn't tell me anything I want to know. I would recommend going with a different cell phone company, maybe Telus or Koodoo.

ALRIGHT, the only reason why I put one star is because there isn't a zero button. I'm going to make this really short and sweet. Virgin Mobile, is the WORST cell phone company I've ever had. The customer care reps are by far the WORST in the business. You stay on the phone for HOURS and get nothing accomplished! NEVER and I repeat NEVER give them your credit card number! They will charge your card over and over and when you dispute it they shut your phone off making it useless. Also, they will expect you to still pay for any mistakes they make. Then after you pay them you can dispute it. Otherwise, you just go without a cell phone! THE LIST CAN GO ON FOREVER. I'm actually recording all my future calls with Virgin Mobile (thats how bad it is) THANK YOU FOR READING THIS! GOOD LUCK WITH SPRINT, T-MOBILE OR ANY OTHER SEVICE BESIDES VIRGIN!!!!!!

If you just get the simplest pay as you go plan its cheap and good as long as you don't plan on talking constently. I would say I don't even use it most days, and when I do its just for a few minutes to work out where I'm meeting friends and family at.

Of course, beyond this is where the problems set in. VirginXtra's are a load of horrible crap (thats where the guy below got in trouble with the 15 cents a day charge, of course the rule that you need to opt out after you're done browsing is clearly written above the opt in button, so his son is an idiot too.) My first phone was the Slice, and it came with the WORST ringtones I have ever heard, and you need to spend 2.50 to get a new one. Games are another big letdown in the virginXtra's. I try and look up online beforehand reviews of any game I think of getting since they are 5.99 apeice to download on your phone. Unfortunatly, whoever is in charge of games at Virgin mobile has taken the liberty of cutting most games to less then half of the levels I read about in reviews. Both my Slice and Clycops only came with demo games, even though the Marble which was less them half the price of either came with the full versions of Tetris and two other games.

Also, there is no way to download free ringtones or games off the internet (a dollar a day charge).

As far as switching phones goes, its fairly easy if you do it online, although they never sent me the conformation email and had to talk with "tsimmone" forever to realize that my service had been trasfered over already. don't ask a live person to switch your phones though, it will cost ten dollars.

All in all, if you're getting this service just for emergancies and light talking its great. The ringtones are at least high sound quality so download one or two once you realize you can't stand anything that was preloaded, and if you absolutly have to buy a game, get Doom RPG. The phones themselves are pretty tough, I'm 300 pounds and my Slice kept working after I accidently stepped on it, I only got a new one because it was on sale and had a camera.

I have had a plan for five years for my son, and the service has been great. He has lost a couple of phones and I was able to cancell service on the lost phones with only a phone call. And yes I talked to a very helpful English speaking American. You DO have to know your V-key number, and I would recommend you make changes to your account on-line. I purchased a plan for myself after being a long time cingular customer. Now if you want problems, and surprises go with AT&T. The service for Virgin mobile is so affordable that if you do get ripped off for a few bucks it wont ruin you, or your credit since it's prepaid. Just read the plans on-line carefully. The plans probably wont be the best for everyone, but you can get IM packages as well as high minute plans a lot more reasonalble than the monthly services. At least you wont get any surprises when your monthly bill comes in since the service is pre-paid.

I think the bad reviews have to all be with Virgin Mobile USA. I have had service with Virgin Mobile Canada for over a year and have never had an issue. I have 3 family members with VMC - never an issue. I can't get over what a huge difference there obviously is with these companies but obviously there is because Virgin Mobile Canada has won the #1 spot for customer satisfaction from J D Power three years in a row. The US should send some people up here for training!

Id give them zero stars if I could.
Customer service is the worst I have ever encountered just shockingly bad. If you ever get to speak to a real person they are rude, unhelpful and 80% of the time your call will be dropped if they put you on hold.
I wish I had read these reviews first because when I changed my plan online I had no idea I would loose my minutes. I called the customer service number and after 15 minutes of listening to their rather condescending robot automated service managed to get through to a real person. Its not easy because there is a tree of questions that you have to answer correctly before 'Simone' will even consider letting you speak to a real person and very limited options. When I finally got through to a real person she told me she could change it back but I would not be able to use my phone for 72 hours (?), fine just switch it back. She put me on hold and then the call was dropped. Another infuriating 30 minutes trying to find a real person to talk to I got through to someone, I made sure he did not put me on hold so I would not get dropped, he told me he could refund what I had paid but had no way of getting my minutes back. I asked then if I could cancel my service and get my $75 balance returned to me and he said no. I asked to speak to his supervisor. The supervisor was the coldest and most snide person that I actually had to question that he was a real customer service rep. He confirmed that if I cancelled my service I would loose my balance and of course I could not get my minutes back. As soon as Ive used up my balance I will get rid of Virgin.
I had a problem before where the web site told me my transaction had not gone through and to call a customer representative. I ended up being charged 3 times for the transaction that supposedly had 'not gone through'. When I called and got through to a person my call was dropped twice and then I got through to a lady in Sri Lanka who knew nothing about what was going on and was not able to understand me. It took me 3 hours over 3 days to resolve this issue. I really wish I had given up Virgin then.

I've had the phone for a month and a half for my son. We discovered two days ago after checking his account online that we're being charged .15 a day totaling $7.50 so far, for browsing games and ringtones. Mind, you he has not downloaded anything, he's just been looking. I had to call and bitch about this stupid charge. What the hell, do you pay a fee to walk into a mall or store to view before actually buying anything? They claim that he has to 'opt-out' everytime he goes in to view stuff. What crooks! I had to call and have them opt us out. If I get one more of these stupid charges, I am canceling the service. Absolutely ridiculous. Oh and their customer service sucks. I have to yell 'customer service' at least 5 times before getting somebody online to speak to. Live and learn.

The price is right for the service offered But THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!! Can't get rid of that SEMONE robot and talk to a real person. When you finally do after about 10 minutes of pushing buttons with the robot and yelling "I want a real person!" , you're connected to some foreign speaking person in timbucktoo who knows nothing... and is very inconsiderate.Have some headache medication availiable..your're gonna need it!!!
The rip off is , if you cancel or change your call plan, YOU LOSE THE BALANCE IN YOUR ACCOUNT. Even if you upgrade the service!!  Real RIP OFF!!!!

I give virgin mobile a great review! I have never had any problems with them..i have had 5 or so phones simply because they come out with new ones that i would reather have. For those people that have trouble with customer service...you are probably stupid already since you have to call them...I have never once had to call them about ANYTHING. I activate online and do everything else online like everyone else in this century. Oh and those of you who forget your vkey and secret question...duh!! Its your job to remember them and if you forget...too f*ckin bad..you should give yourself the bad review not VM. There are just too many dumb people I guess and VM must attract them. Keep it up VM cant wait to see what you have next!!!

I must say, Virgin Mobile has really gone above and beyond the levels of uselessness my mind was once able to conceive. But hey, all teens are guaranteed a junky car, a low-paying job, and a phone that hardly works. Lucky me, I got a car that's broken more than it can drive, a dead-end paper shredding job until I get out of high school, and... well, you don't know how to cuss until you're forced to live with Virgin Mobile Also, if you have to reactivate your account over the phone with some Arabic guy, be careful. I told him the answer to my "secret question" would be AC/DC, but I'm sure he had no idea who the band was. Thus, I'm having to test every possible way a foreigner would think to type "A C D C" into the answer field. Wish me luck, folks.

i'm not sure if these reviews are the US based Virgin Mobile company, but I've been with Virgin Mobile Canada for quite a while and they are - hands down - the best company I've ever dealt with. Their customer service is amazing, their plans are affordable, and they seem like a great company. I really mean it when I say I have no idea what these other people are talking about -- Virgin Mobile Canada is absolutely fantastic.

Good for emergencies as long as you don't have any problems. I have had a couple problems (tech programed the phone wrong, texting won't work, bought a new phone on line - but they sent me a refurbished phone instead). If you lose your VKey/Pin and forget your secret question they won't help...no matter what. (I never had to use my secret question till this week - I set it up 3+ years ago, so I don't remember it). They claim it is for customer protection, but then they offered to top up the phone using the credit card on file. They'll use my money without verifying who I am, but they won't give me the VKey when I CAN verify who I am. Customer protection? No. If you want a prepaid for your teen or emergencies, if you don't want to sign contracts, Virgin Mobile is ok. But truely, if you have a problem, they are not any help - and be sure not to keep your credit card on file (use top up cards you can buy in the store).

OK THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I THINK OF THIS PHONE SERVICE! they suck!!!!!! i have called over 20 to 30 times to try to get my phone fixed cause it is sending duplicate text messages to everyone i text to, so therefore im getting charged every time is dupilcates the message and so is my friend, just great huh? so now this investigation has been going on for OVER AND I MEAN WAY WAY WAY OVER A MONTH NOW! and every single time i call them, they say well someone will contact you in the next two to three days to do a live testing text messaging, well forget that im done. when i filed the investigation first i was told that this was going to take 48 to 72 hours, well that was ANOTHER BIG FAT LIE!, VIRGIN MOBILE IS ALL LIARS AND MONEY STEALERS. do u kno how much money i have put into that phone and it has been wasted on duplicate text messaging????? about $120, and i only have gotten back a $10 credit to my account. and by the way the cyclops and the super slice phone freeze constantly! and i am now returning my super slice that i bought over the internet two months ago cause im done dealing with virgin mobile! and im switching to another phone service.

Customer Service... Lip Service is more like it. I'm so frustrated I could scream. The reps are no help whatsoever. I've been trying to port in my old cell number from ATT and am on day eight with no working phone on the horizon. As a previous reviewer said, the people you talk to have no power to do anything. Everything will be done in "one to five days" (ie: sometime between now and the next decade). I think I'll use up my twenty dollars worth of minutes (if I even get a phone number before they expire) then switch to another carrier.

Virgin in actually my current cell provider...given that they have decent rates...but thats pretty much it, it has terrible support and customer service...none of the workers (not even managers) have the power to do anything...and they are pretty much just money hungry...i almost got screwed out of a months services...again...the only way they get anything done is if u pretty much tell them that ur not hanging up till the problem is fixed...thats what i did...it might be a hassle but at the end of it ur not letting them get away with it

Virgin Mobile gets a big fat ZERO from me. I have used them for quite a while; While their service for calls is actually good, they have the ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Mind you it's not so much the people on the other end of the phone, but they have NO AUTHORITY TO DO ANYTHING! I am so livid right now I can't even begin to tell you what pissed me off so much - suffice to say, I am cancelling my services with them.. BAH!!!

I was reading some of the reviews and saw that most people just review it if they had a bad experience. Virgin Mobile is not a horible provider like everyone is saying, there actually pretty good. The phone selection could be better but other than that ive had no problems.

wful customer service, sales department and finance one.
Tried to apply for the 10 300 min 300 txt offer and got a failed credit check issue.
Went on Equifax to make sure everything is alright and it is. Scoring as excellent.
Wrote a letter to Virgin Mobile Customer Service which run an "investigation" and the outcome was sorry your credit check is not good because on top of Equifax we have our internal one (which one?).
3 years with Telewest/Virgin Media, 3 years with Virgin Mobile Pay as you go, no issues, always paid and now this service?
Phoned again the Customer Service which told me, sorry the case is closed you can't apply!!

Avoid Virgin Mobile, they are not serious. Check the Internet and see how many people with long history of Ntl:Telewest/Virgin Media got the same service and dumped Virgin Mobile for another provider. Exactly what I'm going to do.

Would not recommend. Talked to Virgin Mobile representative on phone and she instructed me to change my daugther's virgin mobile plan on line. Followed directions to change plan on line and message popped up that it could not be completed, problem with acccount, call Virgin Mobile. I did and changed the plan by phone. Even though I followed their instructions, I was charged twice for her calling plan in the same month. When I called customer service for a refund, they said that I changed it on line and charged my account and then they charged it again when I called. Spoke to some very rude personnel and their supervisor. End result will not credit my account in any way, I'm paying twice for the monthly service charge for June, will switch to Verizon.

I have the very simple "Slice" phone ( which is what I wanted ) and the reason I went with Virgin Mobile. I pay 18 cents a minute. The phone was difficult to use straight out of the box, but once I got passed the encylcopedia of activation, I was making calls. It charges you for
checking your voice-mail - That sucks. When companies put you on
hold for 30 minutes, that really sucks. But the thing that will frickin
fry your brain is their stupid-ass vKey problem. What an idiotic concept!!!!!! Virgin Mobile go phuck yourself. DO NOT DO BUSINESS
with them until they can fix this problem. I repeat. DO NOT DO BUSINESS
with them until they can fix this problem. They need to fix this
problem right this minute. Not tomorrow. Not next week. It is that
bad.
