Hanoi Jane should have been tried and executed for treason! Shame on her. How many people died because of her actions? I will never watch one of her movies.

She has totally changed - 180 degrees. That's what the power of Jesus Christ can do. And anyone who calls themself a Christian and doesn't forgive her (or anyone else) isn't really a Christian.

She's so obnoxious, I can't even watch her acting.

Beautiful face, good family connections in the business, shame about the acting. To get an idea just how overrated Ms. Fonda was as an actress, watch country singer Dolly Parton and comedian Lily Tomlin blow her off the screen in "9 to 5," with performances far more natural and interesting than Fonda's. Her character looked like like Dustin Hoffman's in "Tootsie"... except Hoffman was more convincing. Her political judgment was even worse--her actions gave a black eye to all loyal, principled Americans who opposed the Vietnam war...and there were a million times more of us than there were Ho Chi Minh groupies like Ms. Fonda, despite what today's right-wing war lovers would like everyone to believe.

Jane was in some awesome films and is a good actress. I thought we were rating her on acting as opposed to politics. At least she finally found the Lord!

You are a traitor to your own Country! Do you have any idea what you did? Or do you even care? And you are still at it! You should have been hung as a traitor!

What a horrible person! Can she even be considered a human? I can't imagine what those poor American POWs were going through when they reached out for help through notes. They saw a familiar face and thought she could help them. And that b*tch coldly handed the notes to their captors? How cold-hearted and cruel can you possibly be? Even if she didn't support the war, she should have still supported our soldiers. She got several of our own American soldiers beaten to bloody pulps. I think she should go to her deathbed knowing the guilt of what she did.

I have always maintained that Jane is a very talented actress – even though many of her film’s topics leave me strangely cold (Klute, They Shoot Horses Don’t They, Agnes of God). I was young when she did her well-publicized anti-war protest at home and in Viet Nam so I never really knew some of the detailed facts about it until much later. However, I now no longer wonder why she was so hated for the things she did during that period of time. For instance, giving notes that had been slipped to her by American POW’s seeking help to their captors while full-well knowing these men would be beaten or killed if she did this (and they were). I am amazed that she wasn’t put in jail or even shot as a traitor back then for this and many other unthinkable things she did. But then, she was the daughter of a well-known celebrity, had a certain amount of celebrity in her own right and was, of course, most importantly – very wealthy. For nearly anyone else the case would have had a much different outcome. She now says she is a born again Christian. Well, I hope so Jane – we all need forgiveness for the things we’ve done wrong but you’re in need of it in a really BIG way.

Jane Fonda is a traitor who should have been publically executed upon return.
