i've been on hydroxycut for 2-3 weeks and it has increased my energy & i have less of a desire to eat large meals. I've been working out 4-5 times a week for at least an hour & had so much more stamina to make it through the workout sessions.
I've lost 10 pounds already. I definitely believe it is an aid to the person who wants additional help when exercising and trying to eat less but still maintain energy throughout the day.

I haven't had any feelings of "crashing" either like when you've experienced too much caffeine, but I don't recommend taking the pills before bed-give yourself at least 4 hours prior to get it out of your system or you won't be able to go to sleep.

THIS CRAP GAVE ME A STOMACH ULCER. DON'T TRUST A DIET IN A BOTTLE.
