11/24/2004 | Oh, this was always a favorite. It is all about the seasoning. I agree with Beloved. Well-prepared squash never becomes Thanksgiving left-overs. People will fight over it.

11/24/2004 | A staple with the pilgrims, but not at most Thanksgiving meals I've been to. Many find this dish a little bland, though a good cook helps.
