12/30/2005 | Not bad as far as treatment of insured and claimants. Unlike State Farm or AAA, they don't go into an investigation assuming that you're trying to rip them off.

11/29/2004 | In parts of the Northeast, they are the default company for the risk pool, meaning if you can't get auto coverage from a conventional company (due to DWI or other cancellation) you get these guys. Rates tend to be high but when you have nowhere else to go, it's nice to find a solution.
