A great cartoon that I can watch and enjoy with my two-year old and seven- year old, or even by myself! Enough grown-up humor for adults to enjoy. Looking forward to the movie. Maybe Squidward will be outed. Just kidding.

I think it's a funny show for anybody between 3-20 years old. Over the past couple of years I've seen it grow from a small cartoon to creating video games and in a few months a movie.

Genius At It's Most Intellegent.

Even though I do not have Nickelodeon, I have seen the show before, and it is funny! I wish it could come on local tv, the cartoon is so cute. It kind of reminds me of Ren and stimpy, but it is no as nasty as Ren and Stimpy.

I think it's a great cartoon. It's funny and off-beat--different from other cartoons for sure. It's not cartoon characters running around hitting each other and falling off cliffs... they actually have a plot, and I like the animation style.

I will admit, it took a while for this show to grow on me, but now it's a habit of watching it nearly every night. It's one most parents can stomach, and one most kids love. And then Nickelodeon overdid the concept, overplayed the show, and merchandise just squirted out their ears. The show itself, however, is a fresh concept and a lot of fun to watch, with humor even for the grown ups out there.

This show is awesome! Spongebob should be superman!

I don't think the idea of a sponge who lives under water and works as a fry cook is a stupid idea,Because I like alot of shows that have even stupider ideas than this,I do however think that the humor in this show just isn't funny. And the voices are beyond annoying.I also get bored while watching this.

A very good cartoon. Kids love it and it doesn't teach violence, hatred, manipulation or deception; unlike many of the cartoons out today. Sometimes the plots get to be a little too goofy but kids dig it and it's one of the few cartoons that I can stomach.

I'm a kid, but I hate this. It is so retarded. I'd give it zero stars,but I can't. This show is just not funny at all. I try and TRY to see the humor in this show,but this show is just so stupid. This show never should have gotten so famous.But I don't think that this show is open to homosexuality like many people have been saying. I really don't know why anybody would think that. Who lives in a pineapple under the sea? SpongeBob SquarePants! Boy, I love this show. It's great, and can really make me laugh. I'm not obsessed with this show, however. But watching it after a whole week of heavy schoolwork makes me feel relaxed, happy and all set for another loaded week.

This is the funniest, most original, best cartoon on TV. It has every kind of humor there is, the best episodes are 'Opposite Day' and 'Chocolate With Nuts', but all the episodes except 'The Chaperone' are at least decent. Great for people who are tired of seing cartoons about pre-teens with some sort of special ability (which is what most cartoons today are), and has nothing innapropriate so you can let kids watch without worrying. You can watch too. Because the humor covers both kid and adult stuff! If you like this show you will probably also like Fairly Oddparents, Jimmy Neutron, and the Angry Beavers. This show is completely overrated. Spongebob is irritating, his friends are irritating... The best part of this show is Gary the snail.

I used to like this show.........However, My seventeen year old friend wore it out for me. He is so obsessed with this show that I'm starting to convinced SpongeBob hypnotized him! Seriously. My friend is obsessed with Spongebob way too much. He talks about him 24-7, has Spongebob BEDSHEETS, Spongebob CHAIRS, and a Spongebob plushie he sleeps with. Excuse me... I am doing a short essay for my internet page... It's on why spongebob should be canceled. I do not agree with anyone who say it's funny or cute or whatever. Pokemon is labeled as childish. Inu-Yasha is labeled R. Yet Spongebob, Spongebob, is rated 8-15. What is going on here? 15 year olds watch that unfunny, idiotism filled show? God, if this is the the way it is... Next year 8-15 year-olds will be watching Barney. This is very, very wrong.

This is a kewl show for anyone 15 and under. It's funny in a way that you will laugh without swearing.

This show is downright funny!!! What I love so much about it is that unlike most children's shows where theres some sort of life message or heavy theme, this goes back to the basics and just allows the viewer to watch, enjoy and have fun and this goes for adults as well as children.

The world of SpongeBob is clearly wacky and hilarious. I'm an adult and I get a kick out of the porous one. It is for children, but has humor that appeals to adults. The other characters Patrick(my other favorite) Squidward, Mr Krabbs, Plankton, Sally and others are just as funny. So grab a Krabby Patty and head to Bikini Bottom.

Spongebob is cute. I know it's not the funniest thing on television, but I find Spongebob to be quite entertaining. I would never Spongebob-ify my house or anything like that, but it's a cute show that I will watch when it's convenient.

While I respect that this show is beloved by many, I can't help finding it obnoxious. The sound of it grates on me and leaves me wishing for the good old cartoons with cute characters.
