We have a corporate account with Earthlink- currently 30 blackberrys. This company has to be the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever!!!! WE can't get a live operator!! TRANSFER- TRANSFER- TRANSFER nobody can answer our questions- nobody can HELP US! OUR blackberrys have not been working, we have been trying to fix them. I believe EARTHLINK is operated out of A GARAGE!! WE CANCELED- DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! EARTHLINK SERVICE WORST EVER!

This is the worst DSL service I had. I have been offline now for over 7 days, and supposedly Verizon had disabled our DSL share lines. No warning was given by either Verizon or Earthlink. I live in Oxnard, CA and was wondering if everybody else is having the same problem. I am also disatisfied at the wait times and that nobody else can provide me fast internet services because Verizon has a monopoly for my zip code (not alternatives, except expensive satellite). So much for my online gaming subscriptions that I cannot use. :-(

Taken a month to get a replacement modem from the liars. Was told 5 times one was being shiped and when called back they had no record of it. Then they send one to the wrong address. CS is full of lieing idiots who go by a script and will say anything to get you off the phone. Then they had never to charge me for the time I was not getting service. So stay way clear of them.

Earthlink has **THE WORST** customer service. I moved my web site to Doteasy.com and my DSL service to SBC. Both save me money for the exact same services. I urge all readers not to go through the nightmare I did with Earthlink -- don't do business with them.

Earthlink DSL has never given me any problems at all. I usually get a download speed in the 100k per second range.

Earthlink seems to work for Me just fine. Slight problems here and there but don't they all. One thing I do not care for is retriveing E mail, Earthlink's E mail program seems to be years behind the other ISP's. It's a real pian to get anywhere with Earthlink's E mail. You have to go to a seperate Earthlink start up page and hunt to track down your mail. Other than this Earthlink is not to shabby.

Their DSL serice is driving me crazy!!!! My connection has been down almost three weeks and nobody even takes care of my problem. They took more than one week to figure out the modem is bad ( it is a new modem that has been turned on only two weeks). And they are saying that a new modem is going to be shipped to me by UPS second day. But i didn't receive it. I called in to check. Guess what happened? Their shipping department forgot this replacing order which means if i hadn't called in, i would never received that damn stupid modem. What a terrible serive! Please do not use it and tell everybody how terrible their service is!

Not bad as ISP's go only one minor problem in the six months that I have been with them, and that was just a software adjustment a five minute fix. One thing I can say about Earthlink is the spam E mail is way way down as opposed to MSN and AOL "I had them bolth" MSN is not bad but AOL you can read my opinion on AOL. Earthlink so far has been good to me time will till..
