I respect Judge Joe Brown for his toughness, fairness and objectivity. He is definately the 2nd best judge on television. He's pretty laid back compared to Judge Judy.... he makes his decisions after hearing both sides- he doesn't automatically take sides like Judge Judy does.

At least this guy tries to be fair, unlike Judge Jewdy.

Luv the guy! He doesn,t come out of the gate snarling like that witch Judge Judy. He is laid back till you ruffle his feathers, then watch out! People don,t recieve a lecture from him unless it is warranted! He comes off as a wise father giving good advice.

Not bad. At least he seems like a real judge and not a screaming nutcase like Judge Judy or an egomaniac trying to be ever so cool like Judge Mathis. I like the way Judge Brown keeps control of his courtroom and renders decisions based on real law. Of course, the lack of theatrics may be boring to those who prefer a Jerry Springer approach, but I'm not one of them.

Judge Joe Brown is pretty cool. I love it when he lectures young punks. He he he he he, LOL. Also, love it when he awards more monies than sued for. If i ever have to take someone to court, Judge Joe Brown will be my judge.

I used to like him. He seemed to be a fair guy but now he screams and hollers almost like Judge Judy. He has got to the place that he does not listen. I think he should practice active listening and judge the case by its merit.

He's pretentious and speaks legalese trying to impress people who have absolutely no idea what he's talking about!

I think he's the best Judge going. Has a frim grasp on a little concept too many people don't: Common Sense. He's also entertaining to watch (heck, he wouldn't be on TV if he wasn't)

This man is fair he's cool as hell and I love watching this show.

This is about the only one of these court shows I can tolerate for 30 minutes! Joe doesn't take any *&%$ off of any body and can see through their lies.

Judge Joe Brown seems to be the best of all judges. He is calm and he listens unlike Judge Judy and other peers of hers...

Well, what can I say? He has no charisma to his personality whatsoever. While he may be good at his work, being a judge, he has no business being on TV. I generally am a fan of court TV shows, but Judge Joe Brown is, simply put, boring. I really can't figure out why, of all the court TV shows listed, he's #1...

Joe Brown isn't who you would want if you were the director of a court show. He is so rude and he interrupts the people on the show, and he is so annoying.

Among all the TV judges, Judge Brown is far & away the very best. He seems to have an excellent grasp on how to use good old common sense. Too bad we don't have more judges like him throughout our judiciary... I bet we'd have far fewer idiots willing to cross the line if they could be sure someone like Judge Brown were waiting for them on the other side.

Like his attitude, but he is a little too laid back...

if i must put up with having to watch court shows, i'd much rather watch joe brown. he's got a fun character like judge judy but without the tyrannical attitude.
