Buying this service is ranked up there with one of the worst mistakes of my life. The internet worked OK while it actually functioned, but when it broke inside of three months and I called for support, I spent 30 HOURS on the phone in one week trying to get them to help me. When I gave up and cancelled my account they continued to bill me for the next 11 months, and I am now dealing with a third party collections agency over the money i owe them. DON'T BY DIRECWAY.

Usually good download. Didn't use upload. Client service made me wish I lived in Russia. I had to threaten the family of the CEO to get anyone to answer letters or emails. I have been usually bothered by most things related to computers and internet - the companies tend to be lousy in service. This outfit is the absolute worst experience I had in 15 years. I spent 6 months fighting just to get a service call. I don't like laws controlling company behavior but in this case I wished to hell I could put the entire company into jail for about ten lifetimes. I was cheated,ignore, lied to, and treated like a cipher. I sincerely hope they fail miserably and go on welfare. I'd rather see them eat soup and play checkers than ever try to pretend they are a service againl.

This service is really NOT worth the money I paid for it.
