Would rather play golf than cover breaking news.

Aaron Brown is not like any anchorman on the air today. He delivers the news in a soft spoken, down home and gentle kind of way. It's almost as though he were really sitting in your living room just chatting about what happened that day. A nice change to news reporters who can be arrogant, too flashy or bold. However Aaron Brown's too laid back manner may not be for everyone.

Always thoughtful and intelligent, not flashy, doesn't showboat, not arrogant as Faux News would say, makes mistakes, but shows he's human, an anchor that honestly makes an effort to connect with viewers during each and every newscast

He's a wonderful journalist. Really tries to present news in a fair, non-histrionic way. The show's not flashy but it's pretty much always thoughtful and interesting and a bit different from what everyone else is doing. And Brown really has a nice, non-alarmist manner.

With over 300 members and still rising fast, The NewsNighters Club was formed for the best news anchor and man in general, Mr. Aaron Brown of CNN's NewsNight With Aaron Brown. It's the 1st ever online club for him. And the best. Aaron appreciates that we have the club in his honor. ----- Georgette (owner/creator) http://groups.yahoo.com/group/aaronbrown/

Have been a fan of NewsNight With Aaron Brown since its inception. Like his style, his presentation of the news and am particularly grateful because he doesn't allow his guests to start screaming/yelling at each other.

Aaron Brown is a great anchor and journalist. He has a great way of presenting the news. He makes sure that the audience understands the story completely.

Before Mr. Bush's Nasty Little War, I would've given Aaron five stars, just for the job he did on 9/11. But the way he got out in front cheerleading for the war was disgusting, really.... not as bad as Zahn, but way too close for someone as intelligent as he obviously is. I fear Aaron and CNN in general are worrying way too much about Fox... that crap will pass in time, good journalism lasts forever... they still talk about Murrow, after all.

How could anyone NOT love Aaron Brown. His style of anchoring is very different. September 11th was the first time I ever saw him and he was so calming that even with all the turmoil I realized he has unique way of speaking to his audience. He never speaks down to his veiwers and he's not a "know it all". I hope CNN realizes what they found when they put him on the air and don't make any stupid mistakes, such as diminishing his position.

I love Aaron Brown, he likes to disect the issues and present them in a slightly different way, maybe a folksy way. Thot he was the best anchor during the 9-11 days. Just has an easy going way in his presentation, trustworthy.
