I wouldn't consider it a bad habit because it's natural and healthy. I will admit I am addicted to it though. If I don't do it at least once or twice a day I feel overly horny like I'd screw one of my ugly ass teachers which is not a good thing.

The original definition of masturbation was self-abuse If you think about it, we are abusing our bodies because we are not using our bodies the way God created or intended them to be. I know 2 people who got themselves in some trouble because of masturbation. The first worked in the same department as me a couple years ago but he got fired because he was caught jerking off at his desk.
