Very overrated. He was better doing local stuff in Boston. Now he's just not that funny anymore.

There is no better sports columnist than Bill Simmons, and no more loyal/psychotic group of devoted readers than Sports Guy Nation. We even give him props on random ratings sites...

Sports guy is great. He writes from the fan's column, but has a lot more knowledge than most fans. Not to mention his creativity in his columns is excellent.

Bill Simmons is, BY FAR, the funniest columnist of any genre I have ever read. I dont think in the 2+ years I've been reading him has he had a bad column. He just has a pulse on the every day sports fan/ normal male. Just unbelievably funny (although i have yet to see the results on the Jimmy Kimel show) oh well
