NTL 1

I think one star is too good for this company. NTL provide cable TV, Internet and telephone services in various parts of England. I took up their free Internet service when it first started about 4 years ago, well I got what I paid for. Continued breakdown in service, POP servers going down, slow Internet browsing but the cream on the pudding is their customer service, to describe it as appauling is an understatement - untrained, adolescent staff who don't know how to talk to their customers let alone resolve their issues. No apologies, just excuses and bad attitude. NTL then had to start charging for their Internet service because of non existent profits, £10 a month isn't bad but even now, don't expect any kind of customer support. I, and lots of other NTL customers receive roughly 12 spam mails a day and no amount of sending abuse reports will get them to do anything, they don't even reply!!
