I have shopped at BEBE since I was 22. I am now 34 I love their clothes. They have changed over the years, but if you want trendy, stylish clothes they are Great. BEBE is pretty much my after work/weekend wear, and work clothes are Banana Republic, and sometime I will buy BEBE suits. I think their prices are about the same as any other store. A way to save money is to become a club BEBE memberYou get discounts and save money. I do think that yes the clothes are for a certain weight and body type; if you are slim/curvy tall or petite they will work for you.I am a size 4 with curves so for me the clothes work. I used to be a size zero and Really tiny and the clothes fit well... I would defiantly say if you are over a size 6/8The clothes will not look right. As far as price like I said before it is fine with me.I am a self proclaimed shopaholic though. ; ) Oh yeah the clothes are a little flashy so that is why I use them as weekend wear after work clothes,, but their cropped jackets this season are great and great LBD’s as wellGreat for VEGAS.. Oh yeah about two years ago their customer service was CRAP in Woodland Hills BEBENow it is so much better they got ride of all of the snobby, little kids that WORKED their did not SHOP their. So their attitudes needed to change WE are their customers and we have a choice about were to shop. I think they forgot about their customers for a little while...I did not shop their for a year due to the very poor customer service. But now it is better probably due to the economy they could not afford to be so snobby and keep their business going,..

Customer service is just bad now. I used to shop there when I was about 20- 25 yr old and had no responsibilities and a lot of money to spend on just clothes and shoes. I was also into the clubbing scene at that time so they always had nice and risque stuff that fit this kind of lifestyle just perfectly. Quality of the pants that i bought were not great but because of the perfect fit, i would buy it anyways.I am 33 now at the time of writing this post and have bills to pay, and children to support. I am more cautious when it comes to shopping for clothes so I am more about classic rather than fads. I don't find much in there for myself anymore but I always still do go in and look as sometimes they have nice classic pieces.Word of advice. Only buy it if you really want it as trying to return or exchange is never a pleasant experience.I recently was looking for a dress for a wedding and was looking for something sexy as it was just that kind of a wedding party so i found a dress in there. Before I went in the store, i was looking at dresses on their website the night before and noticed that there was a storewide 10% off sale. When I paid for my dress, I mentioned this and she said the sale didn't start until next week. I just said ok and didn't bother questioning further because the sales staff there are quite snotty and not very inviting on those type of conversation. I wasn't quite sure on the dress anyways and really bought it just in case i couldnt find anything else, so I didn't push the sale thing further. Well i did end up finding a dress elsewhere which i was more than reliefed because the buying experience from the store was just so cold and bitchy that i felt like i wanted to return it anyways because i didn't want to give the store the sale. The experience of buying for me is everything. If the sales person was nice, i would feel really bad returning it. I went to return it at a different location, because i just didn't want to get the bitchy attitude from the same salesperson. As i waited in line, I witnessed a customer trying to exchange a dress for a different size. She explained that she had bought it for her daughter but it was too small and she just wanted a medium. Well, this lady had to beg and beg because it was a final sale since it was a sale item. I had never experienced this in any store. First of all, she didn't ask to return it, she wanted a different size, what difference does this make to the store sales??? Well, watching this definitely cost them my store loyalty. I was thankful that the girl did not give me the 10% off after all as I would not have been able to return it.I'm going to think twice before going to this store again.

I am now 22 and started shopping at bebe when I was 17. Their dresses made in the USA are much better quality then their pants whcih are made in China.Yet no matter what I buy there ,everything fits me perfectly. Quality is not as nice as Bannana Republic ,as in stitching and buttons/zippers but bebe is a bit trendier . I use discounts on everything I buy because yes it is too expensive but I can't afford to buy anything of better quality worth more than bebe.So including trendy, true to size and awesome discounts ,I really like bebe.I look good in everything I wear from there, which is most important to me.Confidence is hard to gain but with choosing wisely it can be accomplished.Forever 21's sizes are not true to fit, wetseal has the crappiest qaulity and geuss is somewhat ghetto ,the marciano line is extremely sexy and bit to perogative so that is why I still choose bebe, for my "going out" outfits. And yes I am a 00 and xxs but geuss what you people who think you're a small and can't fit into their small well try a medium or a large and any bigger ...well sorry but sometimes certain clothing can't be made to fit certain body types just like me I can't buy wal-mart stuff like the george line that I love because their clothing runs too big,we all are left out unless your a medium. So stop complaining about not be a 0 and accept that the type of clothing they make are for women like me who will spend hours and days looking for dresses to fit my every curve until I walk into their store .knowing I don't even have to try them on! Now with qaulity- my headband in the mail broke-the butterfly was unglued-which i glued back together-my satin kristy pants were stitched wrong which i returned to get another pair which pockets are uneven, therefore I'd stick to buying in the stores.

I am not into their flashy club style, but they do have awesome looking heels and occasionally, really stylish leather jackets and sexy/classy little dresses. The one thing they're really good for is their tights. They're about $20 a pair and it's worth it. I have several pairs and they're warm, comfortable, really pretty, and don't tear!

Love the store sometimes some of their clothes are too runway like and I can't wear daily. I love their color panels for every season esp when they have purples. Their clothes are form fitting meaning if you have a good figure you would look great in the clothes. I use to not fit into their clothes but I love their clothing styles a lot so I lost some weight and they look fabulous on me. It's cheaper if you are like me and sign up for their mailing list and they have discounts every few months ranging from 10%-30% on regular clothes and up to 65% off on sale items. It's really not that expensive if you only buy when they have promotions. Another thing is their marketing strategy is aiming towards 21-35 yr olds who are fit and have a good paying job. Don't hate b/c you are either too young, too poor or aren't physically fit to shop at bebe. Their clothing quality is better fitting than most budget stores aimed at teenagers like forever 21. Another good thing is they always have limited quantity of clothing b/c they have new stuff every week so you are less likely to run into someone wearing the same thing when you are going out. Unlike forever 21 where you see 20 teenage girls wearing the same outfit at the mall. Occasionally forever 21 does have knockoffs of styles from bebe at lower prices but the quality is off. Keep an eye out.

On the pricy side, but absolutely stunning pieces. Go Bebe!

Bebe is my favorite store because it is THE only store I can find professional looking suits that actually fit. I can walk in, pick out what I like, and could leave without trying anything on and know it will look great when I get home. Alllll the other stores are hit or miss. Mostly miss. I am a size zero (not starving, my favorite thing to do is eat!). Only problem is the price. I don't mind spending the money every couple of months but I would love to find a cheaper store for some trends du jour. Any suggestions?

Bebe is probably one of the best clothing lines around that is affordable. Someone mentioned Forever 21...that's GHETTO! Only 13 year old little girls shop at Forever 21. The clothes at Forever 21 fall apart after a couple washings. Talk about cheap! Bebe has new styles coming out every single day. It's the perfect place for a woman who loves to shop because there is always something new. The one complaint I have is older women who shop at Bebe. I think Bebe is meant for women who are 18-35...maybe even 40 if that woman looks young. I always see these older women in Bebe clothing & it doesn't look right. When I say older I mean atleast 45 & up. Some stores have the Bebe Collection clothing line & I'm not too fond of those styles...they are too runway/commercial looking. Not really wearable. The only quality complaint I have are the zippers. The zippers are very poor quality & are hard to zip up. Even when the dress is laying flat & not even on a person's body, the zippers are still hard to zip up. I usually have to take all my dresses that have zippers in them to my tailor to put in a new higher quality zipper. That's the one thing Bebe needs to change. But all in all Bebe's clothes are sexy yet classy at the same time!

Yeah, maybe if I were a whore.

NOT worthy. I'd only purchase something if it was super discounted. Flimsily constructed crap. Forever21 is a much better option if you're looking for a similar fashion style, and it wont break the bank.
