Great food, but terrible customer service. It takes too long to get your order. They could be even better if they would work on their processes and promote better employee/customer interactions.

Way too much salt in their food!

Bojangles sells very good fried chicken and the sides are great. They always have promotions going on that make it a good value as well. When I am in their marketing area, I eat there often.

Bojangles doesn't disappoint. I'm a fan of fried chicken and biscuits in general, and Bojangles does theirs as well as any of the other fast food chicken places.

Last week I went by (been open 2 weeks now in Dothan) and food wasnt that good) so my g/f who didnt believe me went with me last night.. oh god it was much worse. They did have very friendly folks, but concerning the food, the chicken was very juicy.. just no flavor.. AT ALL! The biscuits were rock hard. The dirty rice wasnt anything to brag about.

Drives me nuts to live far away from a Bojangles. Been 15 years since I lived near one, but I tell you...anytime travel, either business or pleasure, takes me to the southeast, I'm on the hunt for a Bojangles. Great sweet tea, the best fried chicken (cajun), and the fries are amazing.

SO RIDICULOUSLY GOOD! Bo's has the best biscuits--warm and soft all day (except maybe at like 11:00 pm) and the chicken is so tender and juicy. The french fries are not too shabby either, and the sweet tea is the best i've had.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! I have the missfortune of living in North Crapolina right now, i am planning on moving back to new york soon, but holy crap. This bojangles place is the pits!! Their biscuits CRUNCH!!! And there chicken is overly spicy and way to greasy. Ugh, KFC is 1000000000000000 times better, just not the one in Garner NC, they have horrible service there. But all bojangles establishments are the biggest redneck food joints i have ever seen. GROSS!!!

i was at a bojangles in southern virginia and there were some find southern ladies there 4stars!!!!

Bojangles is a relatively inexpensive chicken outlet very similar to Popeye's. I am not sure how widespread the franchise is, but they are rather common in the Carolinas. Some outlets offer a choice between Cajun (ie spicier) and Southern style chicken. Go for the Cajun and extra seasoning salt on your french fries. The biscuits are yummy as well, and you get plenty of them, even in a regular size.

This may be the best fast food in the country. You can get a biscuit at all hours. If I lived near one they would see me all the time.
