The 10/30 reg. oil breaks down quick. And is very thin, just like water. Do not falllll for the cleaver commercials.

dont use pennzoil, it destroyed my motor, there was so much waxy buildup in the motor that it cloged the oil pump and oil starved the motor. when I pulled the intake off I could not see the cam due to the sluge. I wouldent use this oil if you paid me to.

I only use Pennzoil. I have a 1989 Dodge Spirit with 255621 miles, 1993 Dodge Grand Caravan 241523 miles, 1985 Toyota Pickup 263200 miles, 1977 Chevy Suburban 123799, 1983 Lincoln Mark VI 112900 miles. Looks like Pennzoils works great. I had to replace the head gasket on the dodge spirit at 200K and found no evidence of any type of buildup. If an engine does have build up, then it was not serviced properly.

Pennzoil' s syntheic oil beats Mobil 1's in all areas; viscostiy, pour point and flash point-and Mobil 1 is probably the best there is besides the hard to find Amsiol! So Pennzoils synthetic oil makes up for it's poor conventional oil. UNLESS you're brave enough to use MOBIL 1's 0W-40 which comes in with the best numbers I've ever seen even in pourability! It sounds like the perfect oil!

I believe oil is pretty much oil anyway you look at it. If you are changing the oil in your car every 3-4 months or 3000 miles which ever comes first you are doing alright. I do believe some oil's might be better than others, but it isn't going to matter to much, they will all protect the engine in the way it needs to be protected, and even better if it's fresh clean oil..

Pennzoil or as it should be known pennzwax, is the worst oil for buildup in a motor and can cause enough damage over a life time that you refuse to rebuild a motor that was considered a penn motor.
